Was Albert Einstein Gay?

From what I’ve read of about Einstein’s life, I certainly do not believe he was gay. Then someone sent us this image:

Admittedly, if you look closely it appears he may be wearing a woman’s shoes. Still, I think Albert’s sexual orientation was normal and so was his brain, contrary to the email that tried to convince us otherwise. Einstein was just a bit misguided in his science and worldview at times.

Einstein was _married_. To a _woman_. He is not gay.

Well the footwear he chose to wear didn’t really seem to help his not gay case, but why does it matter? He’s dead, so his sexual orientation is of no conceivable consequence. This article is a waste, and I regret the time I spent reading it, mercifully brief though it may have been

Hello everyone. I’d just like to say I don’t think this article belongs on this website. It takes a clear, rational stance on the subject, and comes to a conclusion based on logic instead of doctrine and fear. Really? Take your freedom of thought somewhere else, God doesn’t want you corrupting the pure.

Albert Einstein was a genius, who cares about his sexual orientation.
And sweetie, ‘normal’ doesn’t exist. ‘k?

It is obviously photoshopped as are many of the pictures on your website. Get with technology.

For whatever it’s worth, a certain well-placed source confirms Albert’s homosexual proclivities during his Princeton phase in the 50’s. Should be easy enough to confirm (if it matters).
