President Ronald Wilson Reagan (February 6, 1911 – June 5, 2004) was elected the 40th President of The United States of America in the year of our Lord 1981 (1981 – 1989).

    President Ronald Reagan

Before serving as America’s greatest president, Ronald Reagan served as the 33rd Governor of California (1967 -1975).

While in office, Reagan became known as the most noble president in American history, as he created bold initiatives which directly lead to the fall of Russian communism, reestablishment of American patriotism and morality and financial reform under the name Reaganomics, which allowed the US economic growth period between 1991 – 2001.

Upon leaving office, Reagan’s approval rating was unprecedentedly high. Despite innuendo and false allegations against Reagan’s character, propagated by Democrats not loyal to the Office of the Presidency, the public still had great love for Ronald Reagan and saw through the deceptive Democrat propaganda. This earned Reagan the nickname of ‘The Teflon President’, a man to who lies and rumors could not stick.

Ronald Reagan – The Early Years

    Ronald Reagan – Presidency

When Ronald Reagan accepted his calling to become the 40th president of America, the country was in dismal shape. Internationally, the Iranian terror army was holding innocent Americans captive and threatened the same fate would fall to any American who traveled outside the nation’s borders.

In South America and beyond, there were many people who were crying out for freedom from oppressive regimes but did not have the means to do so.

The Soviet Russians had 1600 high grade nuclear weapons aimed at each major American city. The United States at this point had zero nuclear weapons of such capacity, and trailed the Soviet Union in every single military production category.

The nation’s economy was in shambles. Gas was scarce, food was high and employment was hard to find. Jimmy Carter’s democratic programs were failing and the public was lead to elect President Ronald Reagan.

President Ronald Reagan’s administration is known for reestablishing America’s faith in itself and renewing its resolve for assisting all humanity –not just in the US– in having freedom in their life.

After quickly bringing resolution to the terrorist hostage situation and masterminding military initiatives to belabor the Middle East region, Reagan introduced Reaganomics to save America for economic ruin. Despite destructive habits of Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, President Ronald Reagan’s Reaganomics policy has weathered the storm of bad markets and protected America’s interests with its powerful trickle down theory.

With Reaganomics successfully introduced to America, the nation enjoyed more spending power due to lower taxes. These freed the American economy and allowed business enterprise to flourish and for America to share her blessings with freedom fighting friends in South America, a benefit to all Americans.

The economy now repowered and the gas crisis abating, Ronald Reagan turned his attention to the threat of the Soviet Union. Reagan understood that the Soviets were atheists and a very oppressive, evil empire. The only way to defeat the Soviet Union would be through God, American economic and military might; and, American creativity.

This speech touched home with billions of people worldwide. “I would rather my daughters die now believing in God, rather than die under the oppressive atheist regime of communism not believing in God.”

The threat of Soviet communism had reached a head and a universal recognition that communists sought to use nuclear weapons to destroy governments, then coerce an oppressive atheist Stalin state on the world was obvious.

Reagan prayed and worked with Pope John Paul II to develop a three-prong solution to defeat the Soviet menace: prayer, capitalistic military might and Star Wars.

God did not favor the U.S.S.R. and they had no way to pray and counter the initiatives of Ronald Reagan. The Soviet economy tanked, they could not match the US military production and their minds were panicked and fooled by Reagan’s overstated Star Wars technology.

Defeated, the Soviet Union looked to make peace with the one true superpower, Reagan’s America. Being a graceful diplomat, Reagan did not pridefully enter the Soviet Union and demand their unconditional surrender. Instead, he offered them the fellowship of peace, starting in the city of Berlin.

    Ronald Reagan – Legacy

Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today’s world do not have. РRonald Reagan

President Ronald Reagan announced he had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 1994 and his mind was finally given complete rest in 2004.

The fruits of Reagan’s initiatives still power the US business and govern the balance of power in the world’s political structure to this very day.

Of all the legacy left by Ronald Reagan, the most poignant and fitting of his character is the formulation of Star Wars. This one idea which allowed the US to defeat the Soviet Union, without a drop of blood, prevented an inevitable nuclear war that would have changed the course of humanity.
