15 Questions That Will Stump Secular Evolution Teachers

Today our friend Sister Katie Palmrose (who made a $500 faith promise pledge for 2009!) sent a really exciting email to the HolyMailbox.
As college-aged students prepare to go back to university in August, many will encounter professors who are proponents of teaching evolution in a secular perspective. Largely popularized by Richard Dawkins and Neil DeGrasse Tyson, this version of evolution teachings goes beyond science and actively attempts to destroy the notion of God and faith. It is disastrous and sick.
If you are going to college next year, or a parent with a college aged kid, please print out this forward from Sister Palmrose. It is guaranteed to stump if the most dogged of those who wish to promote false teaching.
Students, give this test to your teachers. When they fail it, ask them why they are teaching this nonsense!
Teachers, give this test to your students if you really want them to know the truth about evolution!

Hello,
Before speaking my mind, I would like to provide some information on my beliefs and views so to save time on assumptions of my meanings. First, I am agnostic. (For those that might read this, it means that I believe that there could be a god or gods but I also believe that there could be neither.) Secondly because of other boards I post on some get offended when I type god with a lowercase instead of an uppercase, My reason for this is grammatical, I type God when I speak of the Christian god as it is on of his names I spell god with a lowercase when I mean of an unnamed deity. I mean no disrespect with my spelling. Thirdly my opinion is my own I wish not to undermine any others or even sway you to my way of thinking, I honestly just wish to stimulate thought and debate by making others defend their religious beliefs while I defend mine.
Mr. Heinkel,
I have read a number of you articles but I have not looked at any of your religious background other then you are Christian and will make no assumption to what sect you are other then you believe Christ is your savior. I must admit I do like a number of your arguments for creationism along with why you disapprove of the theory of evolution but I also disagree with some of your points that you use to disapprove evolution.
From what I understand of your writings, you believe the earth is from 6,000 to 10,000 years old. What I have studied this is the amount of time lapsed stated with study of the bible plus what we know of current existence. However, because of the irrelevance of time to God and to the changes of how time was kept throughout history how to you know that a person living for 600 years in the bible is what 600 years to us now is. In addition, God said he created the world in six days according to the bible and on the seventh day, he rested. A day to God could be a billion years in our minds, while this is only one theory another could be yes it took only 6 days for God to make the world but what if he only pushed it. Yes he created it in full but while time is on conceptual to use to him he could of created all the experiences we have it life all in the beginning we just haven’t experienced them yet.
As to how all of the molecules started jumping around since the universe can not easily be studied who is to say the molecules ever started jumping what if they were always in motion and it just so happens that at one time they moved it caused a reaction and now we are here. Now the fact that is explanation is highly unlikely we can use the fact that like you said any one with knowledge of statistics can tell you that nothing is 100% possible they will also know that nothing is 0% possible. It might be close to impossible but it is still only implausible and since we are here well then.
As for the brain stumping questions, I will answer them the best I can because remember evolution is just a theory meaning we don’t now if it happened but with the evidence we have it points to that conclusion.
1. Which evolved first, male or female?
a. They would have evolved at the same time being male or female in itself would not be a survival benefit, the benefit comes from mixing various genes so to better perfect your species. Aside from that evolution, never states male and female were not the original form of our species.
2. How many millions of years elapsed between the first male and first female?
A. There is no way of knowing and this does not disprove evolution due to the fact being male and female has never been stated as an effect from evolution.
3. List at least 9 of the false assumptions made with radioactive dating methods.
A. I don’ t use this method nor do I claim it to be true. The theory of evolution does not state the age of the earth it just gives a possibility to what its age could be
4. Why hasn’t any extinct creature re-evolved after millions of years?
A. Because it is extinct which means its genes are lost. due to this it can not come back. Another creature could evolve into a similar creature but most haven’t due to the fact they have not had the exact same experiences and luck in mutating to match that creature. Just because something can happen doesn’t mean it will.
5. Which came first:
a. because evolution is only a theory this can not be known but educated guesses can be made.
the brain’s interpretation of light would be first
the eye sockets, the eye, and the eye muscles would most likely be at the same time
the eyelid would be next
The ducts, the lashes, and brow would be last due the protection being needed only after the eye was there in the first place.
Of course who is to say they all didn’t begin at the same time. Evolution isn’t a one thing at a time experience.
…the eye,
…the eyelid,
…the eyebrow,
…the eye sockets,
…the eye muscles,
…the eye lashes,
…the tear ducts,
…the brain’s interpretation of light?
6. How many millions of years between each in question 5?
Still a theory not a fact so until then one can only speculate.
7. If we all evolved from a common ancestor, why can’t all the different species mate with one another and produce fertile offspring?
a. Evolution doesn’t say we evolved from a common ancestor it states that we all came from a single cell organism. This does not mean that all of the single cell organisms were all the same. And even with that some species that have infertile offspring is not a guarantee that they are infertile ligers have been proven to sometimes be born fertile.
8. List any of the millions of creatures in just five stages of its evolution showing the progression of a new organ of any kind. When you have done this, you can collect the millions of dollars in rewards offered for proof of evolution!
A. who is to say we need any new organs first of all. Second limiting something to five stages is not always a sure thing to get a new organ. Thirdly depending on how this question is meant such as a new organ could mean new to it or to something else. If that is the case there are many animals that could have that but if you mean that have been done in the past thousands of years it is hard to tell since evolution is not the most rapid of changes.
9. Why is it that the very things that would prove Evolution (transitional forms) are still missing?
A. Because of the amount of time it takes evolution to affect something it makes the signs very subtle.
10. Explain why something as complex as human life could happen by chance, but something as simple as a coin must have a creator. (Show your math solution.)
A. this does not require math but the math behind it would be pure statistics and like stated before simply because something can happen doesn’t mean it will. The scientific reason would be what purpose does nature need a coin to survive.
11. Why aren’t any fossils, coal, or oil being formed today?
A. These things are not quick processes and they are being formed today but the environment to form these does not allow easy or safe access to do so.
12. List 50 vestigial or useless organs or appendages in the human body.
A. The whole point of evolution is to not have useless appendages or organs so I don’t see how this would disprove evolution. However here is a start; Wisdom teeth and your appendix. Not sure why you need 50 maybe because when first asked you only wanted one until you realized that there actually were some useless things in the human body.
13. Why hasn’t anyone collected the millions of dollars in rewards for proof of evolution?
A. I am confused to where these millions of dollars are coming from for a reward. Second of all it is a theory if there was proof we wouldn’t be having this conversation. Third off why hasn’t anyone collected the millions of dollars in rewards for proof of deities of any sort.
14. If life began hundreds of millions of years ago, why is the earth still under populated?
A. Honestly this question is kind of naive. Creatures die over time and are killed off by other creatures. Due to this fact alone and that no other creatures are known to be eternal then you will never be able to over populate something as long as death continues to counter birth. Second of all the human population has increased of the years.
15. Why hasn’t evolution duplicated all species on all continents?
A. Because not all continents have the same genetic requirements to survive. Honestly though some have been duplicated such as ants, bees, birds and so on and so forth. This question is also assuming that evolution is finished now.
Here are my questions in opposition to yours.
1. If God created the entire world in 6 days why did he wait until after that to create Eve?
2. Why did God create females for all other animals but neglect man at first?
3. Please list at least 9 of the symptoms that come from inbreeding if God only created Adam and Eve to populate the earth.
4. If God made all creatures perfectly to fit into there nook of existence why do any creatures go extinct?
5. Why are Miracles not as wide spread and grand as they used to be in the biblical era?
6. Why are you so willing to believe in a book that shows no physical proof or evidence that there is a God, and yet when someone shows you evidence for a theory you disregard it until there is concrete proof?
7. If we didn’t evolve from common or similar ancestors how come some species can cross breed and still have fertile offspring?
8. If we are so perfect why are there any organs or body parts that we don’t need.
9. Why is it the very thing that would prove creationism (God or a deity of some sort) has never been found other then here say and when time comes to prove its existence we are told it is wrong to question its power.
10. If human existence is to complicated to just happen, then how did and omnipotent being much more complicated then human existence just happen or even exist in the first place?
11. Why do you believe the contradiction in the question above but are so much against a theory that could disprove it?
12. List any miracle and proof that it was God’s or a gods doing that cannot be disproved by science. We will need more then video footage and pictures do to the advancement of cinematography and editing technology.
13. Why has no one yet completely disproved the theory of evolution, if it is so false or a lie.
14. Why are there so many different religious theories on how the planet was created.
15. Why would God give us reason if it would oppose the faith required to enter heaven.

If I can quote you
“In addition, God said he created the world in six days according to the bible and on the seventh day, he rested. A day to God could be a billion years in our minds…”
In the Qur’ān 1 year in heaven is 1000 earth years which would mean on earth day is around 2.7 – 3 earth years. So according to this God may have made the earth in 16.2 – 18 years…
… lol I hope that what I wrote doesn’t offend anyone… I was just bored really.

doesn’t really offend me but it would require me to take the Qur’ān as the end all be all source for heavenly and earthly time. The fact that one religions book quotes that doesn’t make my comment any less valid though.

you are an idiot.. why don’t you go home tonight and look up what the scientific definition of “theory” is… if you’d even understand it.. Evolution is not just a “theory” in the way you laymen use the word “theory” .. a scientific theory is as close to fact as you can get in science.. theres no such thing as scientific “fact”… You’re naive definition of “theory” is what science calls a “hypothesis” and evolution used to be a “hypothesis” until it was proven and made into theory.. ah you still won’t get it i dont know why i bother

13. Why hasn’t anyone collected the millions of dollars in rewards for proof of evolution?
14. If life began hundreds of millions of years ago, why is the earth still under populated?
15. Why hasn’t evolution duplicated all species on all continents?
As a response I have an answer or a similar question to all those awnsers:
1)female, at first things would have just duplicated each other then mutations over millions of years would make the first sexually reproducing organism
2)how many millions of years elapsed between god making the world and there just being god?
3)we have no real way of measuring the accuracy of radio carbon dating, it’s just a very good guess considering the length of time, but how is radio carbon dating relevant to evolution? evolution just needs a very long time, not necessarily 4.6 Billion years
4)The point of extinction is because other species were better adapted, it’s like saying why haven’t Microsoft started selling windows ’98 as the state of the art model?
5)The brain’s interpretation of light, The eye, The eye socket, The eye muscles, the lashes, the tear ducts, the eye lid would be a pretty good guess. Also something didn’t just give birth to something with an eye like a humans, you’d start with pretty terrible eyesight but good enough to stop you running over a cliff or something, then natural selection would make it better.
6)If you want the answer to this question so badly, go into your back garden and start digging! The theory of god wasn’t developed in a day. How many years between humans becoming stewards of the earth and the Romans?
7) A 5 year old would be able to work out the answer to this one, so how do you think it’ll stump a secular evolution teacher? Take 2 complete sets of DNA, both identical, then slowly edit them in different ways representing evolution. You end up with a human and a poodle, our DNA no longer works with their’s. You couldn’t use a poodle’s kidney as yours, it would be rejected by your body because it’s different.
8)Find conclusive indisputable evidence for God. (The bible is not indisputable evidence for god in the same way Harry Potter isn’t the indisputable evidence for there being a secret communities of wizards, both are popular books but there’s no reason why one should be any truer than the other one)
9)Why is that there is no evidence for god? Suppose 2 people come up to you in the street, one is Alan Sugar the other is your next door neighbour, which will probably give you the best business advice? Odds are it will be Alan Sugar but it’s still possible that he’s wrong.
10) Human’s are alive, coins aren’t, humans use sexual reproduction, coins don’t. Give something enough time then anything could happen, if Coins were alive then you would get more expensive coins being produced by natural selection over long periods of time, whilst coins like penny’s got evolved out, if you really wanted to use that as a metaphor. Give it enough time and anything will happen, including humanity evolve. So what there’s a 1 in a billion chance? it just so happens that whatever happened is unlikely, as it’s 1 billion possibilities, but whilst any one thing happening is very unlikely, that one of these very unlikely things happen is a certainty.
Take a dice roll, roll it a million times, recording each roll, the odds of you getting that exact series is very unlikely, but it is certain you would get a series of extremely unlikely numbers.
11)They are, we’re just using them a lot faster than they’re forming (that’s KS2 chemistry in Britain)
12)Vermiform appendix, believed to have no function, and even taking it out does you no harm, is 1, that already shows that God has a lack of some foresight. Why should we have to name 50? we’ve named one, there may well not be 50 in total. Name a second God.
13)Theories can’t be proved, only disproved, no matter how much evidence you get. One day someone might drop a rock but it will rise instead of fall and disprove gravity, until then let’s stick with the most likely theory we have, which is evolution. And why hasn’t anyone picked up the millions of dollar’s for proving God?
14)Because death started 14 million years ago too.
15)Because every time a species becomes extinct another one evolves, and also different species are better adapted to different environments. Your not going to find giraffe’s in thick jungle are you? they’d be so irritatingly sized it’d be impossible to get them to move anywhere and you would find all the food you needed on the ground anyway, similarly you wouldn’t get monkey’s on moor’s would you? no need to swing.
There you go, at least an answer, or a question that’s at least as good, for every question.

Who cares about evolution, People are always up in arm’s about it, but Darwin didn’t state it as a fact, he said that it was a possibility. Science took it as fact, and religion’s took it as the end of the world, regardless of what you believe if god created the heavens and the earth, the bible doesn’t explain the process in which he did, so it doesn’t dismiss the possibility of evolution. and evolution has its missing piece’s as well. So in either situation it require’s an amount of faith to believe it since both are incomplete puzzles. and condemning each other for separate belief’s is why our society has not advanced socially for the last 6 thousand years. as for your question’s
1. Which evolved first, male or female?
If you believe in evolution, both would have developed from cell’s since cell’s split to create another then at the microscopic level multiple cells could form through symbiogenesis to create another life form all together, cellular division happens at a microscopic level all the time, how do you think we create skin cells, or blood cells, there are not male and female skin cells. since evolution initially rely’s on microscopic evolution its feasible to think that its possible since at the microscopic level evolution happens all the time, however weather it could happen in the macroscopic world is unproven, but given that we are all made of microscopic cell’s it is possible.
2. How many millions of years elapsed between the first male and first female?
There would have not been any years elapsed, since it would have happened at the same time, It could have been a long-time before symbiogenesis created a lifeform that required a function of mating or internal incubation.
3. List at least 9 of the false assumptions made with radioactive dating methods.
Its impossible to tell if radioactive dating works since there is no accurate frame of reference to test something length of time, we have no bones we are sure are 1,000,000 years old to compair the accuracy of radioactive dating.
4. Why hasn’t any extinct creature re-evolved after millions of years?
A million reasons, if the planets gravitation, or atmosphere or anything changed to make the planet inhospitable to that life then they would not re-evolve, the process of evolving is the same as our skin changing over time to get a tan to protect us from the sun, if white people stayed in the sun for 50 generations then those children would have genetically been passed the need for darker skin from their parents, thats why their saying evolution happens over a long time, since parents pass attributes on to there children genetically.
5. Which came first:
…the eye,
…the eyelid,
…the eyebrow,
…the eye sockets,
…the eye muscles,
…the eye lashes,
…the tear ducts,
…the brain’s interpretation of light?
Its impossible to know, the idea of evolution is that a cell would say develop another function to increase its ability, a cell divides or combines threw symbiogenesis to create a new cell that can absorb oxygen better, or perhaps develop the sense of a basic form of vision to avoid hazard, then after a longer period of time the eye would then develop a thick translucent membrane to avoid damage as the cellular life form travels through water, as the cell lives in areas closer to the surface of the water the translucent membrane becomes darker, to protect it from UV radiation, and so forth, this is the theory as to how it works.
6. How many millions of years between each in question 5?
It is impossible to tell without direct observation.
7. If we all evolved from a common ancestor, why can’t all the different species mate with one another and produce fertile offspring?
We can’t mate with cats, or dog’s or etc, because we have a difference in the amount of chromosomes in our DNA which make us genetically Incompatible with other specie’s, which again would have happened over X amount of time where our DNA grew apart to far for us to be compatible again.
8. List any of the millions of creatures in just five stages of its evolution showing the progression of a new organ of any kind. When you have done this, you can collect the millions of dollars in rewards offered for proof of evolution!
You could never show the progression of a new organ, because if evolution was correct it would take x amount of years for it to develop to a functional point, your body doesn’t just arbitrarily grow new body parts, the way it works is that your body changes slightly, which you pass on to your children, which then changes again, and again, and again. so then humans 200,000 years from now then have a new organ for whatever reason. it has to happen gradually, such as our sun changes over time to produce less light, our eyesight may change to adapt to fit the situation, in fact if our body’s could not change at all, then we would die, since we could not develop antibody’s, or our skin wouldn’t change to protect us from the sun.
9. Why is it that the very things that would prove Evolution (transitional forms) are still missing?
10. Explain why something as complex as human life could happen by chance, but something as simple as a coin must have a creator. (Show your math solution.)
It doesn’t happen by chance, the point is a cell starts out, and divides, and adapts to its environment for millions of years until it eventually gets to the point where it is like us, a coin is created in a matter of hours, a human according to evolution takes 10′s of millions of years.
11. Why aren’t any fossils or coal or oil being formed today?
where did you get this B.S information, of course they are, the surface of the planet is constantly getting rejuvenated by tectonic plate movement. which trap’s biological material underneath the surface which then slowly get reprocessed into new materials, they turn people into diamonds now after they die, i mean seriously. again if the planet did not recycle itself and its inhabitants then it would be a toxic mess since there would be no recycling cleaning process. we may be taking out more of the resources from the planet then we are returning at this point but theres no real way to tell. since we aren’t at the technology level to accurately tell.
12. List 50 vestigial or useless organs or appendages in the human body.
First of all there wouldn’t be that many, the body would change to remove the useless organs, the point of evolution is to streamline and make things more efficient, the Appendix comes to mind, and the tail bone is quite pointless, although it doesn’t mean they ever had a function.
13. Why hasn’t anyone collected the millions of dollars in rewards for proof of evolution?
Because Evolution requires just as much faith to believe as any religion, what proof of god is there other then faith, a book, evolution has that as well, rednecks saying they see angels, theres people saying the found all kinds of super ancient bones as well.
14. If life began hundreds of millions of years ago, why is the earth still under populated?
For one the human life span was much shorter in the past due to health reasons, especially medical care has increased exponentially. not to mention that if we existed without our technology life would have been hard most of us would die to animal attacks, or lack of food, or any other number of reasons that normally effect’s animals. Climate change.
15. Why hasn’t evolution duplicated all species on all continents?
Because if they evolved, they evolved in separate area’s and do not share a common genome, Arizona is certainly different from the Sahara desert. and according to the theory it can follow very different paths, such as we can make many different choice’s for a single event.
I think both sides of the argument are stupid anyway since all the evidence come from hear say.

This is ridiculous. Anyone who has read a book about biology or passed high school biology can answer all of these questions and provide scientific evidence to go along with it. Plenty of priests, pastors, and religious officals accept evolution, the two subjects aren’t exclusive to one another. Maybe God created the Universe and let whatever happens play its course, or God enabled life to evolve or anything. These questions are just so retarded, anyone can answer them, and they only reason they’re up here is because the people who thought this up were homeschooled by religious fanatics and fed on these lies. No wonder this country is so backwards, retards like this slow any form of progress.

Lists like this make me smile, until I remember that some people will actually think it proves something just because they can’t answer the questions themselves. I admit that the layman doesn’t know the answers to all of these, but that hardly disproves evolution.
1. Which evolved first, male or female?
– Either a trick question or whoever wrote it needs a better education
2. How many millions of years elapsed between the first male and first female?
– Same problems as the above question, but even if it was a valid question, I don’t see how not knowing one insignificant piece of trivia invalidates evolution.
3. List at least 9 of the false assumptions made with radioactive dating methods.
– This one confuses me. Your teacher can’t tell you 9 reasons why radioactive dating is wrong, therefore evolution is false? Wouldn’t not being able to list 9 false assumptions make their argument stronger?
4. Why hasn’t any extinct creature re-evolved after millions of years?
– A valid, but easily answered question. Any evolution teacher should be able to answer it.
5. Which came first:
…*insert eye list here*
– More trivia, though an interesting question. I’d not mind looking up the answers for this.
6. How many millions of years between each in question 5?
– Mmm, trivia
7. If we all evolved from a common ancestor, why can’t all the different species mate with one another and produce fertile offspring?
– Valid question. If your teacher can’t answer this, fire them.
8. List any of the millions of creatures in just five stages of its evolution showing the progression of a new organ of any kind. When you have done this, you can collect the millions of dollars in rewards offered for proof of evolution!
– trivia. However, a google search lets me answer it. Where’s my money?
9. Why is it that the very things that would prove Evolution (transitional forms) are still missing?
– Inaccurate question on several fronts
10. Explain why something as complex as human life could happen by chance, but something as simple as a coin must have a creator. (Show your math solution.)
– Deliberately impossible question. Do you want me to show the math solution for how a pencil works too?
11. Why aren’t any fossils or coal or oil being formed today?
– . . . Severely inaccurate question
12. List 50 vestigial or useless organs or appendages in the human body.
– We have a twofer! Inaccurate and trivial.
13. Why hasn’t anyone collected the millions of dollars in rewards for proof of evolution?
– Actually a valid question, assuming you actually want to know the answer. Have you read the requirements for some of those things?
14. If life began hundreds of millions of years ago, why is the earth still under populated?
– inaccurate on several fronts
15. Why hasn’t evolution duplicated all species on all continents?
– trivia, but this is another one I’d fire the teacher for getting incorrect

1. that would have been a simultaneous thing, as males and females of a species are still the same species, and thus have the same basline genetic code
2. first male and female was an evolutiona simultaneous trait
3. radioactive dating is unreliable, and i am unfamiliar with the technology.
4. if a creature went extinct, it’s because it was not as well suited to its environment as its main predator, or another species that filled its niche-thus the “re-evolution” of a creature would be an evolutionary step backwards.
5. the eye would have started as a photoreceptive patch, probably directly linked to the brain of a creature, and each of the other traits could follow at any time as the eye went from simply light/dark and stationary to seperate cells for colors and shades.
6. cannot be easily determined, as cells break down over time, the eye and supporting structures are lost to time
7. genetic diversity-we may have all evolved from the same basic proteins, but each species has a different genetic code (DNA), that is no interchangeable.
8. lets take a simple tree climbing lizard to a bird. sounds far fetched, eh? but this one has follis proof, and im going to put it into a simple and quick story for you. we have two lizards that live in trees. they both fill the same ecological niche, though being of different species. through the trial and error system that is evolution, lizard A gets longer legs (thus escaping predators more often) and a flap of skin connecting the forelegs to the body (allowing it to “glide” from tree to tree-can be seen in flying squirrels today). now, lizard A starts to have a higher and higher population. As the flaps grow, the front legs become stronger, and lizard A can glide farther and farther. feathers start to develop. the lizards find lighter bones work for even longer glides. viola! yopu have a baseline bird.
9. they arent-transitional forms for humans, horses, elephants, camels, birds, many smaller lizards, rodents, many species of fish, and even sharks have been found-you simply choose to ignore them as they’re inconvienient for you.
10. this doesnt need math. the fundamental difference between something natural (E.G. a human) and something made (E.G. a coin) is that something natural can reproduce itself without outside interference-eg, it doesnt have to be made by someone or something to exist (hence, it NATURRALLY occurs in nature. simple, eh?)
11. they are, but the rate at which fossils, coal (and diamonds by extension), and oil form are slow enough to PROVE the world has existed for at least millions of years.
12. the appendix is one, and i know hat there are a few others (biology was never my strongpoint, i was always into history, sociology, and religion studies)
13. because A. there isnt a huge reward for a basic scientific discovery, and B. people like you refuse to see proof even if its put right infront of you.
14. well, its overpopulated (human wise, that is), but for any species other than humans (we seem to have evolved well into our habitat, eh?) a natural series of checks and balances exist. if there is an abundant source of food, something bigger always will become more populated that EATS that because of the abundance…thus reducing the population. when the source population drops, the predator ppulation starves a bit, loses a few members…and VIOLA! balane.
15. because not all species are well suited to all environments, and further specialization allows for a greater chance of success (AKA, they’re different because they live in different places, different climates, different food sources…its called filling a niche!)
your 15 questions…wow, most of those can be answered by a high school biology student..even one from a christian school would have the knowledge to answer these questions!

Many christian organizations are starting to accept the theory of evolution. Who ever thought of there questions never had a crash course on genetics. I do believe God set everything in motion kinda like a clockmaker (thank you Watchmen)

I find it humorous that many columnists on this blog fiercely defend their articles against dissenting comments, but when this gentleman receives well-reasoned replies to his questions, he supplies nary a peep.

If the purpose of evolution is to strengthen and make a particular species prosper, then why do things die? You would think that after millions of years of evolution there would be some evolutionary combatant to hinder cell degeneration…

no theory can be proven. we don’t know who wrote the bible, pluse the bible was writen in a time where people didn’t have knowledge of how things functioned are what a lot of things were. For example they thought the world was flat and didn’t know what the sun, stare, or the moon was . with evolution, a lot of the evidence would have been lost over time. these are only two of the hundreds of theories. The only way we will ever know is if science ever discovers time travel and can go to the past.

Dude, I’m like 18 years old, I go to high school, there is an answer for every single one of your questions, I’m just too lazy to explain them all to a dumbass. I suggest you learn something about natural selection, that will explain your was-the-male-b4-female-or-vice-versa question. And organ proggresion is traceable from single celled organisms to humans!! Did u know that snails, octopuses and clams were first organisms with a bloodstream? b4 them, no1 had that thing! And look at us, we have a bloodstream, don’t we?

Science is imperfect. Scientific hypotheses, and the theories that emerge when the hypotheses are tested, are the best explanation possible for the natural phenomena we observe.
This may be difficult for fundamentalist Christians to understand, which is fairly understandable, because it would be much easier if we all took the out and believe in the easy (though implausible) God delusion.
I am a scientist. I can answer every one of those questions, though clearly not with answers that you’d want to hear (judging first by the narrow-minded way in which the questions are worded).

This is ridiculous. An attempt shouldn’t even be made to answer these monumentally ignorant questions. I can’t believe that half the US doesn’t accept evolution because of these outrageous misunderstandings. Grow up and get an education. This is embarrassing. Advocating a student ask their teachers these questions is utterly embarrassing. You’re embarrassing yourself and spreading mass ignorance. You should be ashamed of yourself…

Ha! Take that, Big Science! Thanks for the article, I will be showing it to my son’s science teacher! Evolution is a mere theory. It is no more sound than the theories of gravity, thermodynamics, or germs.
