I see in practice the Chinese Communists are far more dangerous than the Soviets ever were because they practice more effective brainwashing through re-writing the Chinese language culture, and therefore shape and create what thoughts a person may be able to have. If there is no word for it, and you cannot directly experience it, like the experiences of an Orange (Smell, Taste, Sight) directly compared to Freedom (How do you "see" it?). Then they control it. Please make sure you include the word Communists in your terms of examining the Chinese. The Communist part is the part which has destroyed then rebuilt the idea of "Chinese" in their own image. In effect the Chinese Communists are themselves no longer really Chinese, and yet have Replaced Chinese with a new generation of people who have no connection to anything. Joe McCarthy was wrong at the moment he brought the red scare, because we though of it in terms of something we could sort of figure out, (Russians who became Soviets). Try imagining the Red Scare with the the Chinese, who hide their evil, because they are not proud on the outside, but are on the inside much our own destruction.
