God Proves His Love For The North Pole (Summer Solstice 24 Hours of Light)
In the book of John, we learn that all good shines in the light of the Lord while sin hides away, festering in the dark. It is no coincidence that Satan is hailed as the dark lord as all dark things on Earth tend to be more sin-filled.
Each year, a reminder of how God loves light occurs on Earth and it is known as the summer solstice. During this time God tips Earth in such a way that the Sun never sets in the Northern most, pure portions of our planet.
Even if infected by little sin here and there, for a part of the year the snow white, pristine parts of Earth gets to bask in the glorious daylight for 24 hours straight. This is truly glorious and wonderful to behold. We have a timelapse video so you can enjoy this evidence of God’s love.

While most of us feel depressed with a lack of sunlight, some places in the world see an increase in suicides because of too much sunlight.
A new study from Europe finds being exposed to constant daylight is linked to a spike in suicides. Swedish researchers looked at the suicide rates of people living in Greenland, a country so far north that the sun never sets in the summer months.
They found the number of suicides increased during these daylight months, especially in northern Greenland, where 82-percent of the suicides occurred in the summer.
Researchers speculate prolonged daylight triggers insomnia and imbalances in serotonin — making some people vulnerable to depression and suicide.
