Minneapolis Tornado Ravages Lutheran Conference On Gay Clergy

The steeple cross at Central Lutheran Church dangled in destruction after a powerful tornado descended from the heavens, down upon it, as clergy at the convention center across the street prepared a conference about allowing gay clergy.

A Minneapolis city lays in ruins after an unprecedented tornado tore from the sky and ravaged a town where Lutheran clergy held a conference about allowing gay pastors to serve in the church.
The back story to this act of God started last week, after our Catholic News Agency first gave breaking news about the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and its sudden proposal to allow members in homosexual relationships to serve as clergy.
Fearful members of the Lutheran church attempted to raise the number of votes needed for the proposal to pass, but the Gay-voting bloc within the organization purportedly managed to override their motion.
The ELCA was to vote on if to allow gays in the clergy at 2:00 pm the following day, August 19th.
With the fate of the Lutheran church in the fray, members nationwide were sent an action alert and encouraged to pray for intercession. God delivered.
The Heavenly Father dispatched his forces of nature to let his opinion be known. At exactly 2:00 p.m., the precise moment when gay-supporting ministry allegedly prepared to vote in favor of homosexual clergy, a tornado suddenly burst forth from a sunny sky on an ardent summer’s day.
Coincidence? Liberals will try to say the event was random, akin to their errant claims about the creation of our very complex and intricate life on Earth, but the sign is patently clear. God does not support homosexuality because it violates natural order.
America is a Christian nation and is subject to the laws of Christ. Much as seen within the Lutheran church, there are those who try to deny America’s Christian heritage and the laws of God to which we’re subject.
Paul reminds us that those who do not abide by the laws of God shall not enter heaven, but burn for all time in the deepest recesses of hell:
“1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind
Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.”

Supporting gay marriage, gay adoption and gay clergy is an abomination before God. Homosexuality leads to a lawless land full of disobedient, unholy and profane people. 1 Timothy 1:10.
Gay-friendly clergymen now cower in fear as city workers scramble to assess the damage that lays prostrate in the wake of the mighty twister. Property value damage throughout the city was not available at time of report.

A short time later, the assembly passed by an exact and needed two-thirds majority a controversial new social statement on human sexuality.
Nobody, including the Rev. Mark Hanson, presiding bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, drew any connection between the circumstances. And the main thing: nobody was hurt when the tornado hit, Hanson told the 2,000 people gathered at the church’s bienniel national assembly.”

God knocked down the cross from the church because they are now an abomination unto him, until they overturn this wicked edict.
Let us not forget that our very own Pope had his arm broken at God’s order, just because he suggested secular evolution may be fact and coincide with creation science.

this is the mercy/kindness of a loving God trying to lead us to repentance not sum wacko tantrum. intolrerance has somehow(and I know some of the disgruntles VERY legitimate reasons) gotten the bad rap. Yes God is intolerant of the very things that harm and destroy his children.
If I had a violent drunkard son I would set boundaries and establish rules with consequences to first help him but secondly to protect my other children and other people as well BECAUSE I AM INTOLERANT of anything or anyone who poses a threat to the well being of others individually and also for the sake of the greater populous.
….but you see God,Our Father has already established these boundaries and rules with consequences and yet inspite of how much it greives him to sit back and watch us destroy ourselves He has tremendous patience and pours out His grace because He does not delight in punishing or destroying His “drunkard son” or in other words those who disobey ignorantly or willfully.

This is just appalling. If Luther, the late German Christian protester, would still be here…where the denomination “Lutherans” derived from, he would be stunned and completely disappointed in this horrible abomination to the Word of God and the Gospel. I totally am against this election. When God created “man” he created Adam and Eve, NOT Adam and STEVE!!! Hello people. This is a direct form of disobedience to God. And this is happening in a Church, a denomination that professes to know the Word of God???? Please, God will have to deal with you guys…and it won’t be pretty.

If churches don’t change with the needs of the people, they will cease to exist. When the world came to China in the 1800s it was to find a backwards society, because they had stayed stuck in the past, fearful of any positive change. If the church wants to stay unchanging, they will become something our great grandkids study, but not something they will ever participate in.
In general, people are very tolerant. Between the molestation accusations, misuse of funds, and general douchebaggery of the modern church, people are leaving in droves. The numbers of agnostic or faithful who don’t join a church has sky rocketed. And the congregants are not the only victims; in 1960 there were 45,000 nuns, today there are barely 12,000.
In short the church needs to get over it’s boner for the past, wake up, and figure out what people need now; not what they needed 40 years ago or what the priest thinks they should need.
