Also, to suggest a woman gets no pleasure out of it is false. One of my two best friends, a female, has had anal sex and absolutely loves it. The most extreme example among my friends is a very good male friend of mine--tall and stocky, very masculine-looking, and yet he's been a bottom before... for his girlfriend. Yes, you read that correctly: his girlfriend took a strap-on to him and he loved it.
