Heat Wave Roasts Rio Brazil, 32 Dead
RIO DE JANEIRO (CW) – The worst heatwave to scorch Rio de Janeiro in 50 years has turned the city’s annual sin-fest, Carnival, into a searing oven of wrath where over 32 people have died.
The Inmet national weather service reports the low temperatures of the day dropped to 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees proper), with a heat index making the lows feel more like 50 degrees.
It is February yet the heathen land of Brazil burns hot. Meteorologist Giovanni Dolif reports, “The heatwave in Rio is seen as historic. February right now is the hottest month for the past 50 years.”
Carnival is a very wretched event where people have fornication in the middle of the street and sell kids to one another. It is one of the most sinful events on Earth, so it makes sense that Brazil is being punished.
The World Meteorological Organization reports that this heatwave made Rio the hottest place on Earth Tuesday, and we should expect this judgment to continue until Brazil stops sinning.
