  • A California father turned around for just a second, a second that would bring absolute horror into his life. For just that split second, the father’s beautiful baby daughter had fallen down from the overpass and into the East River.

Without even thinking, the father dove over a fence and twenty feet down into the icy, surging river, like a superhero, to save his baby girl. The only hesitation being the time he took to find where to dive to get to his girl as quickly as possible.

    Here is the video:

This happened yesterday and is a true Easter miracle. To God be the glory.

    • I wouldn’t call him a hero; I don’t know a father (or mother) who WOULDN’T jump into a river to save his or her daughter, or even someone else’s daughter for that matter. It’s in our genetic makeup to protect our offspring, even if it means dying to do so.

      • How dare you say this man is not a hero. When this little girl grows up and can fully digest this story, she will look at her Dad with such proud eyes and admiration, because he will be a hero unto her, just like he is.
