it’s not educating because this is not class… just because one of his students is present doesn’t make it school. if a teacher meets a student at the shooting range does that mean shooting guns is sudenly part of the american education.

Actually, this is peacful protest, protected by the Constitution. If he is American, as in he is legally American (born or immigration process), he can do this in America without any legal consequences. Just because a student is there, it does not make it school. And school does not have classes at night very often.
