Glenn Beck Rally Makes Martin Luther King Jr Proud

Red, yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight.” - Children’s song

It is said that out of the mouth of babes, comes the truth. Perhaps nothing illustrates this sentiment more than the verse I have listed from an old children’s song. All the children of our Lord are loved, and it’s this point that great visionaries such as Martin Luther King Jr. and Glenn Beck have rallied us to celebrate.

Last weekend, Glenn Beck hosted a rally for equality in the same place where our beloved leader and friend, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., so many years ago had a dream. Glenn Beck returned to this place, with over 1 million Americans in attendance, to live that dream. All people were there, from every color and background, to demand one thing: an America for the common man.

Since Democrats have taken power in this country, it is sad and sick that our government has forgotten that all men are created equal. We only have to look at the Obama’s to see they are regal elitists, seeing themselves of a higher class in life than everyday Americans. They are judging us by the contents of our wallets, not the content of our character.

Good men such as Glenn Beck and more realize this problem. Even the niece of Dr. Martin Luther King, Dr. Alveda King, was a part of the Restoring Honor Rally. Along with people like Governor Palin, also at the rally, Dr. King knows her uncle would be so proud of America for this rally.

This rally represents America once again unifying for change. The Democrats are still and out of touch; they are rich, arrogant elitists who have held power for far too long. Just look at disgraced democrat Charlie Rangle, who for too long held the reigns of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, controlling the pocketbook and therefore the business affairs of America.

It is time for change. It is time to oust the stale Democrat establishment.

We must get the Obama’s out of office.  Glenn Beck said it best when he stated, we have “wandered in darkness” far too long.  And we have.  We have let these dark forces turn the American dream into a black nightmare.

It is time for America to return to a Golden Era, where hard work and the working class man is appreciated.  A time when, much like in the 1940s and 1950s, we could be proud to call ourself America.

Let us turn America back into a nation of pride and trust.  Let us once again be the land where other nation’s could only dream and aspire to be, and every true American can achieve the greatest of dreams:  liberty and justice, and respect, for all.

Let us give America back to the hardworking, every day American people.

    • TEA Party is the Embarrassment

The reason people are embarrassed to be called American is because of the TEA party, not the Democrats or even Republicans. Honestly, TEA partiers have very little understanding of American history, constitution, or government– they are just scared people who buy into the ultraconservative media’s fear and hatemongering.

Neither Palin nor Beck made a single political comment while there… it was all empty rhethoric of no political value. All they need to do is say God a couple of times and saps like you fanatically buy into it.

    • You are out of touch with reality and American history, to the poster up above.

First, America was founded on the adage, “No Taxation without Representation.” We were founded because the people governing our nation were out of touch with the common man.

Tea Party stands for Taxed Enough Already, and while I am Republican, the only thing I have against the TEA party is that it might splinter our party enough with electing a second candidate that Obama may win president again in 2012. We can’t live like that, under Obama’s aristocratic rule for another 4 years come 2012.

It is time for change. It is time to elect people who have a heart for America, much like President George W. Bush. A common man, a man for the people and who realizes this country is by the people and for the people, one nation under God.

And you’ve never taken a history class period, so shut the fuck up.

//First, America was founded on the adage, “No Taxation without Representation.” We were founded because the people governing our nation were out of touch with the common man.//

No, that phrase was put into place because no one was saying what the hell was going on in the states over in England, because no one was REPRESENTING America over there.

//Tea Party stands for Taxed Enough Already, and while I am Republican, the only thing I have against the TEA party is that it might splinter our party enough with electing a second candidate that Obama may win president again in 2012. What the fuck do you smoke? The Tea Party isn’t an anagram, it’s a reference to the Boston Tea Party of 1773 of how people were sick of being taxed for everything, so they dumped barrels of tea over the sides of the ships that were carrying them. There isn’t anything clever about their name, other than that they prove that they didn’t do any research into history, like you.

//It is time for change. It is time to elect people who have a heart for America, much like President George W. Bush. A common man, a man for the people and who realizes this country is by the people and for the people, one nation under God.//

He wanted oil and to blow shit up, he could barely remember political quotes, he fucked up so many procedures, and he just wanted to throw this and that at any of his problems rather than actually work and solve them. As for being one nation under God? Yeah jackass, that’s bullshit. That phrase was put into the Pledge LOOOOOONG after this country was founded, and insults every single person who does not believe in the Christian God.

        • Actually the no taxation without representation was inserted because the people who did not attend the state supported church still had to pay taxes that supported the church. They weren’t going to that church, why should they pay for it? Interesting how religion was the basis for the clause.

      • u do realize that the boston tea party was about too little taxation, not too much taxation right?

but then, i dont expect people who name themselves the tea party to protest higher taxes to understand clarity of that import.

      • You can make an anagram out of a group after it’s founded. This was done after the fact and to ride on the coat tail of the name.

        • While they may have existed, they sure were not as vocal about policies during the Bush administration that were actually shredding the constitution and destroying the country.

      • No he did not. In America. you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Glenn Beck did no such things and saying otherwise is a travesty against humanity and our justice system.

    • This guy sooooo gets it! As a key note speaker and special guest of Glenn Beck I was there and let me tell you something. We need to go back to the values this country instilled back in the 40s and 50s. As one who suffers with the heartbreak of revitiligo (the opposite of what Michael Jackson had) I long for the days when black people were not on TV, and they had to use separate but equal toilets, water fountains, lunch counters, churches, ahh… the good ol’ days… Log onto http://gga100.weebly.com/ and watch the Right Reverend Dr. Thurgood Goodlove, the Savedest man in the history of the Republican party weigh in on and deliver relationship advice which is Blessed and approved by the most high God with an assist from Jesus Christ his own self! The Right Reverend Dr. Thurgood Goodlove bravely tackles such vile and disgusting issues as threesomes, orgies, homosexuality, sexual addiction, and other instances of relations without the blessing of the institution of marriage. He is the most pious man in the world! Praise Jesus!!! http://gga100.weebly.com/shows-video.html

For those of you taking this seriously, I’m pretty sure it’s not. Fake stats, fake stories, fake connections. This whole site. Come on, Gay pets? MLKJ being proud of Glenn Beck? Glenn, did you know that Dr. studied the Social Gospel, a forerunner to Liberation Theology?

Praise or Condemn: Thumb up 2 Thumb down 2

    • And once again, when i read an article like this, I’m so glad I’m the other side of the Atlantic in an intelligent country. One that doesn’t allow the likes of Glenn Beck airtime. Or the racist who wrote this bullshit. A ‘black nightmare’? You should be ashamed of yourself. If there was a god he would strike you down.

And as for Glenn Beck – I thought it was a well-known fact that he murdered and raped a girl in 1980. He’s never disproved it. And he’s had plenty of opportunities to do so. But if that’s the sort of person you’re happy to have representing your backward views then you deserve each other. And as for Sarah Palin . . . you on the right might treat her seriously but to the rest of the world she’s just a joke. I really hope she runs for President.

So thank you to the Tea Party and the rest of the Christian right in America for all the hours of endless fun you give the rest of the world in pointing and laughing at you. Whatever you do, please don’t give up. We think you’re hysterical.

      Damn those black people!

      /sarcasm

Praise or Condemn: Thumb up 4 Thumb down 3

    • Spicy Cheeto, why are you trying to make it seem there were no black people at this rally. THE FAMILY OF DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING WERE AT THIS RALLY.

That is the thing that scares Obama and libearls like you. There were so many people at this rally, a true rainbow, united behind Rush Limbaught because there is a dark, black force in this nation. It is a dark blight upon our nation. A dark blight upon our national soul.

That dark, diseased dank blight is the damned Democratic party. They are trying to ruin America and sell out the common American. We unified in DC to say no to this and it was people from every color, so HOW DARE YOU try to make it seem that this is a race issue or the TEA party is racist. It is for all people and the rally proved America is ready for change.

The Republican party is the party of change. It got rid of slavery. It followed through on Civil Rights. It was Ronald Reagan who finally gave Native Americans respect and set laws into place to insure their unique culture could stay unique.

Praise or Condemn: Thumb up 3 Thumb down 5

      • It’s more correct to say “a family member attended the rally” than it is to say “the family attended the rally”. One individual does not make an entire family.

The pictures and video I saw showed an OVERWHELMING majority of white people, so to say that races were equally represented is a stretch (at best).

The Tea Party *IS* racist. Listen to their speeches, read their press releases and look at their videos.

The rest of your rant is just close-minded conservative psycho-babble.

Praise or Condemn: Thumb up 3 Thumb down 2

      • it is a race issue, if it wasnt, more people of other races would join u.

so far that hasnt happened, only a very very very small minority of the minoritys have joined the tea party cause,

and here-in is your inherent problem.

minorities just dont agree with you – no matter how much civil rightiousness you try to reclaim from them.

if they felt like the tea baggers represented them they would join yet.

but keep holding your breath i am sure they will be joining you any minute now

    • glenn beck is god! and god has spoken,
progress is bad, regression is in session.

we must go back to go forwards,

      It’s astounding, time is fleeting
      Madness takes its toll
But listen closely, not for very much longer
      I’ve got to keep control

I remember doing the beck warp
      Drinking those moments when
The blackness would hit me and the void would be calling
Let’s do the time warp again…
Let’s do the time warp again!

we never jump to the left
And then a step to the right
With your hands on your hips
You bring your knees in tight
But never do a pelvic thrust that really drives you insane,
Let’s do the Tea Warp again!

he’s oh so dreamy, oh fantasy free me
So you can’t see me, i’m at his beck and call
In another dimension, with voyeuristic intention
      Well-secluded, he sees all
With a bit of a mind flip
You’re there in the time slip
And nothing can ever be the same
You’re spaced out on sensation, like you’re under sedation
Let’s do the beck warp again!
lets do the time warp again!

Well I was walking down the street just a-having a think
When a snake of a guy gave me an evil wink
He shook me up, he took me by surprise
He had baggy pants and the devil’s eyes.
He stared at me and I felt a change
(to the other side of the street)
Time meant nothing, never would again
Let’s do the Time Warp again!

      all hail beckus christos

    • i know there is debate as to the numbers of holy rollers at glenn beck’s rewhoring honor rally, I however, don’t doubt beck’s assessment that 10 million people attended.

we know that a few thousand arrived on buses, and like any good christians with family values, they procreated as good christians are ordained to do. by the time beck had finished speaking his soliloquy, the crowd had berthed over a million. by the time sarah palin was finished with her speak, the newborns had procreated, as good christians are wont to do, and the numbers, by the end of the evening had swelled to the surprising 10 million count.

and if condoms hadnt been illegal none of this would have been possible!

support tea party procreation to save america!
