Why Do Hippies Still Exist in America?
From televised street protests to suburban shopping malls, it’s a shocking sight to see groups of ragged, longhaired hippies still prowling the American landscape. Once thought of as a temporary youth trend, these anti-societal, marijuana-loving civil liberation types have proven surprisingly resilient. Their hatred of Christian-American patriotism continues to be one of their most recognizable traits. As a new generation is indoctrinated into this lifestyle, the risk they pose to this nation’s foundation of morality is once again reaching a critical level.
The fact that a teenage fashion fad from the 1960s has survived this long is stunning. These are people who have managed to deny every positive cultural change of the last 50 years. Loathe to contribute to our domestic economy, they have long eschewed the acceptable consumerism so vital for our engines of growth despite the diversity of affordable products available to every citizen. They avoided the raw masculinity and progressive politics of the Reagan years. They turned their backs on the groundswell of Judeo-Christian faith that has dominated this country since the 80s. In post 9/11 era, they were one of the few holdouts against the flowering of pro-American nationalism so crucial in a time of terror and war. Tragically, they played the role of “useful idiots” for our enemies in Europe, the Middle East and even in China. They banged their drum circles outside the White House when President Bush planned to take down the worst dictators of the Middle East. They protested against the imprisonment of our most dangerous terrorist enemies at home and in prisons abroad. They fought against profiling and advanced interrogation techniques, they organized secret radical cells on very own soil and they have clogged countless courts with their endless attempts to derail our democracy of moral decency.
Even worse, they have lured a new generation into the tactics of perpetual protest. As martyrs, enemies and agitators, they represent the antithesis of Constitutional Americanism. They are against every tradition that has made this country great and have nothing to offer in a constructive or positive sense. They want to tear our world apart so that they may dance in the shadow of our crumbling faith. And in that darkness, hidden away from common sense and ethical living, they engage in the most vile, bestial acts. Sexual liberation leading to multiple partners, orgies, homosexuality, lesbianism, voyeurism, teen sex and chemically-fueled perversion are all part of their plan. They have perverted medical science and our legal system to such an extent that deadly street drugs like marijuana are now decriminalized and available to our children at any bus stop. They have no compunction against teaching our young to rebel and to hate, to despise Christian teachings and to avoid the responsibility we all have towards our Creator. Instead, they worship Mother Gaia and her tree faeries, witchcraft, the cult of self-indulgence, masturbation, and any form of abuse. They take great pride in spreading their foul disease to young and old alike, drawing blood oaths from the innocent or feeble-minded, anyone to grow their political numbers and push this country closer to a socialist dictatorship.
Hippies are predominantly white and they have used that unfairly to their political advantage. They appear at PTA meetings and town events pretending to represent normal society. They avoid police stops on our roads by tucking their long hair back into their shirts and driving moderately, no matter what incredible amounts of mind-bending psychotropics they have just ingested. Under the radar of sturdy Americanism, they live out a prolonged adolescence where the they chase a nightmarish list of kicks: marijuana, hashish, LSD, heroin, magic mushrooms, ice, nitrous oxide, crystal meth, Oxycotton, opium, Nexus, MDMA, GHB, mescaline and more. Spending all their time in this balmy, criminal world, they know nothing of hard work. Instead, the adult hippie will resolve every complex life dilemma with a bong hit. Whether it’s at music concerts, watching television shows or even on the internet, they float by in a perpetual “purple” haze seeking highs from nudity and corporeal violation, profanity and slovenliness, entirely divorced from manliness and decency.
As a group, they are the chief proponents of public nudism in this country. Possibly due to their immense consumption of psychedelics, they take great pride in showing off their unathletic, unshaven bodies at beaches, camps and even in our village squares. Why must they flaunt all that shamelessness and frighten the goodly amongst us? It is horrifically terrifying. So many beaches have become off limits to Christian families because of their flamboyant displays of debaucherous flesh, carnal and curvy, tan lines nonexistent. Some live on farms and communes, engaging in political hostility and backward agrarianism. Others inhabit old vans and school buses, stealing water from public hydrants and luring school kids into all night drug parties. They constantly cruise the internet looking for a thrilling marijuana “score” and maybe a fluid-drenched intergeneration erotic encounter in some disused graveyard. Simply put, they will take any opportunity to fester like a sore on the underbelly of our wholesomeness.
On a personal level, a hippie can be defined as a person who will abuse drugs until the day he or she dies, irregardless of health issues or pleas from their children. They wear loose, used clothing and grow their hair unnecessarily long. Both males and females adorn themselves with colorful, cheap jewelry and avoid precious metals like gold or diamonds. Their appearance is wholly unkempt and they mask their unwashed bodily odors with patchouli oil, incense or other fragrances. Eastern religion is something hippies often try, but usually hold very little allegiance to. They will pretend to be a Buddhist Monk or a Zen Master for they love the arrogant titles, as well as the trinkets and idols crammed onto their bookshelves. The time required to study these foreign rituals, however, usually proves too trying on their limited patience. True faith frightens them beyond belief and usually pushes them to light up another marijuana joint.
Having little access to top tier educations, hippies turn to music as an avenue for the pretense of intellectualism and culture. They will take great delight in speaking of concerts or even attending them, though their range of performers is quite limited and rarely goes beyond the bands The Grateful Dead and The Phish. When they discuss these two bands, they will invoke grandiose tones as if they’re touring the Louvre or witnessing a Puccini opera. Drugs are an essential component to enjoying this sort of music, for it contains very few discernable lyrics and enjoyable beats. Rather, it is like an improvised jazz solo with the lowest quality acoustical instruments pumped through a sound system purchased at a toy store. There are screams and shrieks and depressing sessions of drum beatings that never seem to end.
The Grateful Dead is notorious for the intense availability of every drug known to mankind at their concerts. Young people tempted into this illicit world rarely return unharmed. Entering into these events, one is assaulted by sexual and psychedelic demands that push you into naked frenzies and hours-long blackouts. The music itself is harsh and overwhelming, crafted to outrage our most basic moral instincts. It celebrates an elite form of hedonism so sickening that one imagines the deepest pits of hell couldn’t possibly be more terrifying. Children have long been cursed into lifelong spirals of wanton sexuality and extreme political fanaticism after being exposed to this sort of experience.
The Phish play for a younger, more innocent crowd less concerned about social activism and more preoccupied with a sarcastic disdain for conformity. The songs revolve around the absurd, yet still force the simpleminded to celebrate self-indulgence and radical consumerism. For fans of The Phish, life is about expressing an identity through purchasing “green” products and watching adult cartoons. They will abuse drugs and frustrate their parents, but never enough to land in jail or lose their allowances (even into adulthood). Masturbation and LSD are also shockingly common in this crowd. For your average Phish concert-goer, it’s not uncommon for them to awake in odd circumstances (at the side of a road, wallet emptied and their body covered in bruises, for example) with no recollection of what transpired the night before. This cycle of amnesia is what keeps them coming back for more shows as they try to figure out what they could have possibly done to themselves.
I have written about the youth trend of “hipsters” in the past and it’s important to realize that hippies are somewhat different. Hipsters, while also predominantly Caucasian, tend to come from more affluent backgrounds and their sophistication shows. The hipster rebels against wealth and power by slumming in urban, ethnic ghettoes. They use family money to create farcical careers as unpublished authors or fashion designers. They tend to be far more sexual and consequently likelier carriers of herpes and genital warts. Hipsters fetishize clothes above drugs, while for hippies it’s the opposite. There are far more homosexuals in the hipster demographic, for the hippie does not enjoy expensive hair products and tight clothing. Hippies are more often overweight and unappealing physically, as hipsters use more cocaine and cigarettes than their peers and remain lithe and active. Both groups are unnecessary distractions for children and should be avoided with a concerted, parental effort.
In conclusion, it’s clear that the hippie lifestyle is little more than cover for middle class drug abuse. Unfortunately, the feeble minds of these addicts have been co-opted by unscrupulous political operatives to support a dangerous socialist agenda. For this reason, they pose a threat to the beauty and humanity of the Christian faith in America today. These are people bent on blackmailing decent society to pay for their worst indulgences, from the public nudity to the parade of narcotics pumping through their veins. They want to lure the youth generation and the generation after that into a culture of persistent abuse and failure. They are a plague that is spreading, infecting the organs one by one and crippling the most wondrous of our children with a lifetime habit of “free love” socialist emasculated experimentation. They are destroying Christianity and subjugating the faithful. What will this world be without the vital righteous leadership of the United States? What hell awaits a decade or two away if these sorts of people keep on keeping on? How can we risk all the tremendous gains we have made as a people humble before our Great God if these sickening creatures are allowed to prey on children, to slither down our streets, to congregate on our town squares, naked and high? America, today I ask you to wise up and make sure we don’t take this risk!

You say that I do not represent Christianity, you say that I am outside of the mainstream, you label me a radical, but are you truly so blind to the passion of Evangelicals in America today? I’m not alone, in fact I’m part of a very large community that people like you pretend do not exist. My journalism follows closely the work of Dr James Dobson who created one of the most successful faith-based organizations in this country, helping families deal with the crises of pornography, sexuality and drug addiction. Have you never heard of Focus on the Family?
My information about homosexuality comes from the groundbreaking Christian organization Americans for Truth About Homosexuality, run by Peter LaBarbera who has an incredible track record exposing the lies of the liberal left and promoting a conscientious and Biblical approach to the gay problem. And I am joined in this fight by the Family Research Council (Tony Perkins) and the National Organization of Marriage (Maggie Gallagher), both groups so massive and important that surely some of your friends and neighbors are adamant supporters. If you disagree with me on these issues, you are disagreeing with all these millions of Americans around you.
My reading of the Bible and my dedication to Christ’s Words are wholly in line with what Evangelicals are preaching all across this great country. I fight against the “deviancy cabal” drawing directly on the Biblical teachings of renowned scholars like the Reverends Bryan Fischer, Lou Engle, Rick Joyner, Estus Pirkle and Joel Osteen to name but a few. I also am a fervent supporter of the Reverend Dr. Pat Robertson who has literally touched tens of millions with his 700 Club ministry and Liberty University. My beliefs rarely stray from Pat’s guiding light. When it comes to radical feminism, there is Constitutional attorney Phyllis Schlafly who has wrestled against it for decades. She is known the world over for her advocacy and love of Jesus. You think I imagine the discrimination and bigotry our faith faces every day? Read the journalism of David Limbaugh (brother of Rush).
When it comes to politics, you seem equally out of touch. It’s people like you who fail to understand why those of us in the Tea Party are so engaged. We love this country, we want to do everything we can to save it. Honor, integrity and the Constitution are vital to us. I will not abandon that and looking around at the town hall meetings, the protest marches, the rise of our candidates, we are making an impression. We are an integral part of the United States and if you’re so conceited that you can’t be bothered to recognize the revolution happening before your very eyes, I really don’t know what to say.
You try to malign me, cast me aside but you fail to see I am simply a man who is but one of you. I’m dedicated and I’m honest. I speak the truths that are being spoken by countless others all across this glorious country. It’s not me, it’s “we.”

I don’t even know where to begin on this. It always seems to be lost to most that Jesus himself was against wars and social manipulation. The idea that he was crucified on two levels is very real to me. You believe that the idea of “an eye for an eye” should be employed on the world stage. This is obvious in what you say about removing evil dictators from the middle east. It is a propaganda tool being employed as a means to skew public opinion about these things. Just want to say… If there is one thing that I have learned in my education, yes I am an educated hippie bet you didn’t think we existed?!?! Anyway it is that humans, from the dawn of time, were feral and much like the other creatures that roamed the earth, this is proven OK so don’t come at me with Adam and Eve. These early men and women were stupefied by any natural cause that was unexplainable, such as a thunder and lightning storm, snow, rain, earthquake, oh and particularly motion of celestial objects.
Now further on down the number line we see the Sumerians, Egyptians, Greeks, Romans all have religions of their own and were polytheistic. So they came up with what at the time I admit was a brilliant idea, that there was a God for each respective happening in nature and in life. They developed Deities to assimilate different phenomena to and it worked because it made sense to them: Oh there is a lightning storm coming… Zeus must be mad, get it?
So farther down the number line, Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism have all developed into major religions at this point. We find ourselves with the likes of Pierre-Simon LaPlace, Leohnid Euler, and most notably Sir Isaac Newton. Mind you there were many more brilliant mathematicians and scientists of the time, but just to name a few. They set in place the foundation for a new set of laws to be followed and painted a new picture of the world. Isaac Newton created modern calculus to enable him to study the physics of Earth.
Lastly, down the number line again and we come to Albert Einstein and now string theorists. Though string theory is, just that, a theory, so is religion by the same standards. What my point is, is that we humans have developed over a minute geographic time scale to learn more about the universe we live in and that this world we live in is much more complicated than we thought. This is not attributed to God mind you, it is nature, it is the laws of physics, both at a quantum and physical level, that make us human and able to survive, think, and BE HUMAN! This is a universal, to every person on this earth regardless of religion, code that we are obligated to adhere to.
On a final note of this rant I ask you a few questions Mr Billings, Why did God chose the acceleration of gravity to be 9.81m/s^2 for Earth, Why is water more dense than air? Why are we carbon based lifeforms? I have many more for you if you have the time, but it seems that he had so many options (there are 100+ elements on the periodic table) to chose from to create a “perfect” world and yet this world is far from perfect but HIPPIES tend to make it work and see the best of it.

Christianity doesn’t put down people who are “different.” Jesus, the founder of Christianity, loved those who were “different” to the Pharisees, the leading Jews at the time. He was often shunned because of how often he would sit down with sinners. It’s not the religion itself that’s the problem, it’s people who use religion as a hate-tactic. You can find these people in nearly every religion that has a specific set of religious texts (Judaism, Christianity, Islam, etc.)

What makes me a hippie? Is the fact that I have dread locks? Because I do not wear make up? Is it that I choose to endulge in organic, more healthier ways of eating than the average American? Is it my clothes made of hemp and that one day I hope to live in a sustainable living “green home” and possibly one day a community of such? Is it because I sometimes like to trip on psychedlic drugs? Perhaps it is because (by CHOICE) I do not own a vehicle, or television, and choose not to be attatched to a cellular device. Are these the things that make up a hippie? But what if I don’t want to tear our world apart? What if I feel that I am not hidden away from common sense and ethical living? However, sexual liberation, orgies, homosexuality, lesbianism, voyeurism seem like a gift of life. What about the fact that I am a junior in college, with a 3.9 GPA. (and by the way, I am a student at a Methodist college.)Yes, I take part in drum circles, pot circles, and if God decides for my (drug induced) trip, then the occasion fearie circle. But this does not make me any less educated or any lower-than-you trash. Furthermore, I would like for you to know that I am deeply involved in community volunteer work, relief efforts in Africa, and also strive hard for acceptance and abuse-awarness for homosexuals, bisexuals, and transgender human beings. I could list, I’m sure, at least a few hundred attributes that many non Christians are quick to think about ALL Christians.
To say that YOU, sir, hate muslmis, or are a person who is involved in hate crimes, or who perhaps is a preist that touches young children would surely upset you. Opression of a social/religious/racial/continental/sex group that you claim to be a part of is never right, nor a positive feeling for any party involved.
The Bible that you are so desperately trying to force upon others has taught you to not be judgemental, and to leave the judging for God alone. It also asks us to remember that everytime we lay judgement on a fellow person, we are being judged just the same. It seems here, that you are playing a blame game.. perhaps your son or daughter was caught getting high and you think it is every no-good hippies’ fault. What terrorists? Al Qaeda was in a completely different country when we invaded Iraq. Bush even stated that part of the mission objective was to take Iraq’s oil, he didn’t give two shits about those deaths that a terrorist group caused. We weren’t fighting a war with terrorists, we were fighting a war for oil, and the people that fought back weren’t ‘anti-American’ terrorists, they were Iraqi’s who were fighting to keep their country safe.
There were only a handful of scuffles in Afghanistan compared to the battles in Iraq, and even then there were plenty of times where the higher-ups of Al Qaeda were in our sights and we essentially let them go, just to keep the ruse up that they had connections to the Iraqi government.

I am not sure what you’re talking about, but if you’re talking about “jugglers” yes I do happen to like them, though I never quite learned the art myself. Once or twice, probably before most of you people were born, I performed with a great guy who was a juggler and he could get five balls in the air and children just went wild. And these were people who claimed to be Jesus loving Christians! It is almost too horridly ironic to bare that these people accept an ancient long hair peace lover as their savior and then act with such disgusting indecency on hatred that fills their hearts for modern long hair peace lovers. It is absolutely bewildering that anyone could have so much hate like the Christians that tortured me at school and like the deplorable person who wrote this pathetic and opprobrious article.
That being said, it is utterly HILARIOUS. Every single sentence is quite possibly the most comicly entertaining, gut-wrenchingly laughable nonsense I have ever read.

As someone baptized Christian and raised as such, I believe that there is no greater “conspiracy theory” than that of the myth of Jesus Christ.

My son goes to school with this kid who says Mr. Billings touched him inappropriately at one of his children motivational birthday parties. His parents are looking to take legal action. I talked to this kid’s parents and he says local authorities are also linking him with a homosexual kid who has gone missing that is one of Mr Billings friends on facebook. In the 13 years that I have been in Law Enforcement and Military,I would have to say most of the descriptions you profile people with are very inaccurate.Now,I deal with many people and respond to quite a few calls on average.My assigned area puts me in contact a with good size state college as well as the general metro area and capitol buildings.
The college,Evergreen State,is well known for being a liberal arts college and popular with people that like a spiritual and liberal lifestyle.My wife is a professor there as well.Most all of the students are exceptionally bright,and I enjoy many conversations with a lot of the students that I come in contact with.
I recently had a conversation with a young man,who dresses like some of the clothing one expects with the hippie lifestyle..But this young man is extremely bright and talented,majoring in environmental sciences and geophysics.I think that if you were to get to know people instead of judging them,it would be great.

Let’s look at most illegal drugs today,cocaine,meth,x,etc.Almost all of them are altered chemically in some way or another.Cocaine requires sulfuric acid as part of the extraction process.Meth requires different harmful chemicals depending on the method used to formulate or cook it.Marijuana is just cut and dried the way it is,naturally,nothing added,like cutting a rose and hanging it to dry.People are going to do what they want,regardless of what others may tell them,especially when it comes to drug and herbal use.I’m sorry,but I consider marijuana an herb and please respect my opinion on that as well as others who feel the same way.That being said,given a choice of the two,which would you prefer:a naturally growing herb or some chemically made drug that was possibly made in unsanitary and possibly hazardous conditions,and even then there is no guarantee that the drug would be safe for consumption.

The reason we are still around is the fact that most “Hippies” are educated and are more aligned with the forces of nature – not the burdens of mans misguided morals & gods. We are more in sync with Native Americans in that we feel to exist and remain on the planet, we must live in harmony or we will all perish. I spent a year studying Genesis, another year studying Romans and then 1 more studying the Acts of the Apostles (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John) along with many other religious practices & beliefs.

The Catholics want you to believe that the only way to salvation is through THEIR church – and dont forget to put your 10% in the plate.
So there’s an invisible god who lives in the sky and watches everything you do every minute of every day and he’s taking notes. He has a list of 10 things you must not do or he has a special place called Hell that is made of fire & misery & suffering that he will send you to suffer for ever & ever…. But He loves you. He loves you and he needs money. I guess God is no financial genius as he always needs a little more $$.
We have wiped out plant & animal species with amazing efficiency, polluted the planet beyond our ability to recover the damage we have done to it and have no idea how to live in peace with each other. We have proven that we as a species are too stupid to coexist with other life forms and even with each other. How many lives have been lost because that country over there doesn’t believe like our country, so they must die. The Romans persecuted the Christians and now want to have complete control of the bible and rule the Christian faith. So many times growing up I would hear someone tell me how to believe & live, only to watch that same person live the exact opposite life he was preaching. Usually Christian commentary is so dry and boring, but you put out something so intentionally naive, so contrarian, that I can only conclude that you must be emulating “Reefer Madness”! Most of us realized that Jesus probably wouldn’t stump for tax cuts or hurl insults at homosexuals. Nor would he selectively give out government contracts to military contractors or advocate the unprovoked attack on another land. This country is about liberty and justice for all, yet many people seem to hate us for our freedoms. Which brings me to another point about these narrow-minded individuals. Their disdain for science and for others, and hatred at a departure from the “good old days” (you know, back when women and black people couldn’t vote) bears monitoring. If for no other reason than the fact that extremists, Christian or any other religion, are most likely to build anger and let it manifest into violence. Evangelical Christians may be dangerous, much more akin to more devout sects of Islam in their xenophobic, ignorant rage. They threaten to keep us in yesteryear, willing to let us fall behind many other nations as they refuse to acknowledge the importance of progressive education, innovation, and human rights’ as a key component to the ability of an empire to survive. Luckily, the leaders of tomorrow are out there, caring for others, pioneering fields, and solving problems. And, quite a few of them went to good schools (not just Liberty and Bob Jones U.) and some of them like “The Phish”! As it was written in the Book of Matthew: “Blessed are the Peacemakers”. “Hippies” care about the planet and do not feel they have DOMINION over the planet. (Gen 1:26) They seek a green agenda free from pumping oil, cutting down trees, and polluting rivers. We care about gods holy creation very much.
“Hippies” like all kinds of music. Bluegrass, funk, rock, electronic, classical, jazz, afro beat, ect ect ect. All that is required to enjoy this music is an appreciation for someone who can master an instrument well enough to entertain you without having to sing lyrics.
Furthur more, many of these “hippie” bands have not only had some of the finest instruents and sound systems, they have DESIGNED AND ENGINEERED the best instruments and sound systems that the touring band world has ever seen. They also use a Kazoo bought in a dollar store from time to time.
“Hippies” as a whole have a drug problem, but not all of them. Me and my closest friends have given up pyschedelic drugs in favor of getting “high” on the love and energy we feel when we are at a live show.
I have not taken drugs for a long time now.
My hair is short, I wear anything from tie die and raggy jeans for a show to khahkis and a a tie for work.
I read the Bible, and the Bagavad Gita. The message is the same. Be an instrment of god and live an honorable life.
I encourage people to find someone they love and stay with them rather than run around being dirty and making their life unneccessarily dramatic and filled with disease.

Wow, I thought this article was a joke at first. Where do I start… growing up as a catholic I learned from my dad what religion does. Let’s see, he was a state police officer who abused alcohol and cheated on my mom for 18 years!! He used religion as an excuse for his behavior since he could confess and be forgiven, and since in the catholic religion there is no divorce my mom showed us what it was like to be weak and not leave him and take his abuse. Someone sent me the link to your article, and at first, I thought it was one of those satirical articles by The Onion. But then, on reading further, I came to the conclusion that you are actually serious.
I am aware that there have always been people like you in America, with some pretty “unusual” beliefs and opinions about God, Jesus, and politics.
But, Sir, I am curious. How did your version of Christianity get to be so closely identified with right-wing laissez-faire capitalism.
It seems to me that Jesus was pretty much a hippie himself. Apart from the long hair, the beard and walking around in some kind of kaftan, he didn’t seem to hold any regular employment. And he seemed pretty much wedded to ideas like taking care of the poor and the oppressed, and loving everyone, especially those who had been marginalized by society. He also lived a life of poverty.
If he were here today, not only would he have been considered a hippie, he would also have been accused of being a socialist and a dangerous radical.
This disconnect between the life of Jesus and what he taught, and the corporate, immoral and brutal character of Christianity as you seem to understand it is very alarming to me.
I am sure that you are sincere in your beliefs, Mr. Billings, but I fail to see how they they could, in any way be considered “Christian”, at least in the way that I have come to understand the teachings of Jesus.
Oh, and by the way, President Obama cannot be considered a Socialist, even if one were to to stretch that word to its limit. As a Graduate from LSE, where I studied economics and political science, I learned that a Socialist believes in the public ownership of the means of production and exchange.
Well, I grant you that we (the public) are the majority shareholders of General Motors, but it is my understanding that we will be selling our shares of that company back to private shareholders in the very near future.

The irony is that Jesus (and I’ll bet his mother Mary and his disciples) would much prefer the values and ethics of compassionate, open hearted, altruisitic people like the hippies that still exist in this world today, then closed minded, hateful people who support an article such as this one. Hmm. Well I am a deadhead-I have followed the Grateful Dead and PHISH for over 20 years. I also have a PhD and don’t use drugs (I do however masturbate-damn guess I am going to hell). I would like to point out that many Deadheads are practicing Christians-for a more extreme example there are the “deadheads for jesus” google it.Your over generalizations and gross misinterpretation of people you obviously know nothing about only hurts whatever point it is that you are desperately trying to make-what exactly IS your point? This my friends, Christians and non-Christians alike, this is why the subculture at hand poses such a threat to the decency of America. Just take a little peek at the comments above! Such hate, hostility, the death threats, the broken English, the claims that narcotics are good for you and should be given to anyone and everyone… If you ever believed my article was speculation, you need only read the backlash above to see how very correct I was. Sadly, Christians today face the greatest amount of persecution and repression than any other time in recent history. Because of groups like hippies and radical liberals, we are losing are rights to express the morality that was the foundation of this nation– CHRISTIAN MORALITY.
