As Christians we try to live our lives by the idea of “What Would Jesus Do”? He is our guide and our barometer in this world. But Jesus lived and died his Earthly existence over 200 years ago. He didn’t have to deal with many of the issues that we deal with today. One of those issues is guns, which are offensive to some liberals. But the good Christlike American should be a proud and educated gun owner. WHY? It is undeniable that our founding fathers were devinly inspired to create our grans country. And for 200 years this was a christian country until liberals took God and prayer out of school. They then tried to replace prayer with atheism, then feminism and finally gays.

But all of that is for another article. Jesus didn’t have a gun because they didnt exist yet. But I am sure that if he had needed one to defend himself against the evil attacks of the Devil in the desert he would not have thought a second about whipping up a .45 to as the kids say, pop a cap into him. So with the threat of liberals and minorities breaking into your hoes at night, you dont have the ability to conjur up a burning bush to burn that robbers butt, or part the red sea when Mahmoud tried to car jack you. SO We must embrace our second amendment rights given to us by divinely inspired founding fathers to get a gun and use it. So like we always live our life we must ask what gun would Jesus have?

M1911

Although this guns design is 100 years old, it is still timesless and a collector favorite today. The 1911 was designed by Colt Arms for the US military and introduced most of America to the .45 caliber bullet. US military forces in the Philippines during the Philippine-American War, had issues with the then current Colt M1892 revolver, that shot the .38 Long Colt, while fighting the Moro. It seems that the .38 revolver did not have the stooping power to end the sinful advances of the drug addled pagan warriors. This gun remained the official pistol of the US military until the mid 1980′s.

AK-47

Sure the gun was the official rifle of the Red Commies but one can not deny it’s rugged ability to get the job done. Adopted by the Red Menace in 1947 until it was replace in 1974, by the ak-74 which was the same basic design and is visually identical to the elder rifle. It is the gun of choice still of many 3rd world governments and insurgents and terrorist world wide. Despite this being a commie gun there is a huge market in the Good Ole USA for this gun. It is not as accurate as a AR style rifle but offers a ruggedness and dependability unsurpassed by any other gun. It is said that you can bury it in the ground and come back days if not weeks later and it will still shoot.

M-16/M-4/Ar-14

Although it is an American gun that has in various forms been the official rifle of the US since replacing the M-14 in the early 1960′s. Its original design was a disappointment for American soldiers that were being slaughtered by the Yellow commies in Vietnam. The M-16 shoots a .223 (5.56x45mm cartridge) where as the AK packs more of a punch from a .30 caliber bullet. Design flaws were fixed decades ago and is considered a dependable rifle by millions.

.38 Special

Although .38 special is actually a round and not a actual gun, many guns shot this round. Some are automatic pistols but the vast majority are revolvers. The .38 Special was the standard for most police departments in the United States from the 1920s to the early 1990. They are usually pretty cheap and plentiful. Some can oven be found in pink and leopard print for the ladies.

The Judge.

For when you need to be Judge, Jury, and Executioner concider this gun. Produced by Taurus Arms in the last decade the revolver packs a 410 shot gun shell punch or a .45 Colt bullet barrage.

12 gauge shotgun

I am not even going to name a brand on this one. As long as it is a gun made by an American company or even a respectible foreign name it will work. No Capitalist Red Blooded American should be without this gun.

.22 Rifle.

Jesus was a fisherman. I am sure when he was on land he would have hunted a squirrel or two. And the best gun for an American to do that with is the .22 rifle. As with the shotgun any brand will do. But with out a doubt the most popular is the Ruger 10/22.

Education

The most important thing to remember is education of the gun owner. Growing up in the south my daddy made sure I knew how to handle his gun at a young age. I got my first one when I went off to college. It was a little .22 short pistol. When I had my own children my husband made sure that our children knew about how to use them and be safe. That is the problem with kids now. They are told that guns are bad and only used for killing people. Well what happens when your told not to do something as a kid? You do it anyway. That is why we have morons shooting up places and other people.
