Why is Google Plus a Sausage Fest?
Two weeks ago, one of the ChrisTwire interns got me an exclusive invitation to join Google Plus. Google Plus is a new social networking site similar to Facebook, MySpace, Wikileaks and Twitter. At first I did not want to use a Google product as Google is a socialist company that believes in giving away products and services for free. I use Bing.
I eventually gave in and joined up. After signing up, I was presented with a lot of confusing rings that I was supposed to populate with acquaintances. I tried to find some but could not find many. I kept up for a few days and found some people I know and some people found me, however I didn’t see any females on the site, so I looked to see where they all were. Was this a guy’s only network, was there a segregation of some type? I called Google headquarters for answers and was forwarded to a public information officer who assured me this was a co-ed network and anyone was welcome to join.
But where were our sisters in the fellowship? There are none? It quickly occurred to me that this Google Plus only appeals to males. This bothered me greatly. I went to chat rooms to find out why and was instantly confronted with homosexual proposals. It became clear that Google Plus is a homogay network designed to connect men with men in anal circles.
Is this the kind of network we want our children using? It is well known that the circle represents a hole in which to spread fornicate disease into. The gays are the forefront of the disease spreading coalition and now they have a network to call their own.
Thanks to a $50,000 grant from the Foundation for a Better Tomorrow we asked 5000 Google plus users two questions. “What is your Gender?” and “What brought you to Google plus?”
Robert Scoble from Rackspace Cloud Computing wrote an “article” titled “Why yo momma won’t use Google+ (and why that thrills me to no end)”
A couple of the things he admitted in his article:
“Normal people do NOT do this.”
And…
“we….. need a place to talk free of folks who think Justin Bieber is the second coming of Christ. That’s what we have in Google+ right now. Do we really want to mess that up?”
That is a blatant attack on Christians, Religion and our Canadian neighbors. Is this what we are to expect from the typical Google Plus user? Research says yes.
It is clear that the Google Plus network is not a fellowship for the Christian male and is not welcoming to our female helpers. Please stay clear of this network.

I think this very intriguing. While men need their time away from the women folk, whether it be sharing deep feelings in the the local steam room at the gym or talking about the victories of the day over a drink at the bar, their natural need for feminine company prevails. I think Nash’s Solution is an example of this in game theory, but the Nobel prize might be a little overrated.
Google could remain the ultimate man-cave, a curtain-less bastion of testosterone where Carlos Montenegro can ride ideas on the great “El Rancho” like a wild west cowboy. Or the women could get an invitation, question the need for a cover charge and demand free drinks and a great band. It is a perplexing problem.
I think that truly good women of deep and abiding faith may be the answer. Those that can endure the musky humidity favored by men and meat the physical attentions of men with aplomb and confidence. But this hypothesis requires much more data before acting on such impulses. I think six months or so may reveal more.
