ChristWire’s Mike Watson Gives Lewis Black Advance Copy of The ChristWire Handbook (In God We Rust)
ChristWire’s Mike Watson and Lewis Black went head to head, all after Mike caught up with Lewis Black to give him an autgraphed copy of The ChristWire Handbook.
Black’s snarky commentary on American society and politics were no match for the holy, soothing words of Watson that sent the crowd swooning and cheering in the throes of sensual patriotism and a refreshed sense of duty.
Despite Lewis Black’s comedy tour featuring foul language and crude jokes, the two got along well enough to sit down for a photograph and discuss the higher points of snark, Judaism and proper Christianity. They both took time to also speak ill of the goons from Westboro. Being a good sport, Watson also gratefully accepted autographed memorabilia from Lewis Black.
It remains unconfirmed if Lewis Black will make guest commentary and accept a future debate with Mike Watson on television’s Comedy Central in 2012.
