My Strange Addiction: Woman Copes with Husband’s Death By Eating his Ashes?
A woman is coping with her husband’s death in the most unusual of ways. After her husband’s unexpecting passing, a woman coped by mourning and there was the lyrics of a Black Veil Brides styled band named My Strange Addiction. The woman soon began to carry around an urn that had her husband’s ashes within, then as if that were not bizarre enough, she started to eat her husband’s ashes as comfort food.
“Casie copes with her husband’s sudden death by carrying around his urn and eating his ashes.”

Ritualized cannibalism is common in many cultures as a death rite. Most common in Africa and Eastern Asia, but growing in popularity on the Pacific coast (attributed to the growing interest and population of Eastern culture.) I have a feeling that no matter what I do, I’ll be eaten in the end. And with Cthulhu beginning to awaken, our only hope is to be eaten first, no?

cannibalism comes from south america and africa mostly ( remote region or amazon forest for the matter ) the asian culture in itself never ate other human (yes not even babies seriously what a weird stereotype)
still the cannibalism in north america exist ( very rare ) and europe as well they are mostly serial Killer type of cannibalism
therefore eating husband ashes ( remind me of an episode of south park when cartman eats kenny’s ashe (well mostly drink) are not common of course but it’s not rare neither
why people resort on cannibalism sometimes of pure veangeance or just surviving
