Breaking News: Washington State University to Hire Joe Paterno as Head Football Coach
christTwire News Services- Washington State University has agreed in principle to hire football Coach Joe Paterno according to chrisTwire sources inside the Pac-12 conference offices. Coach Paterno was formerly head coach of the Penn State Nittany Lions from 1966-2011. He was recently dismissed for by Penn State after he failed to break an established chain of command regarding a report of sexual abuse of a minor.
Washington State University is hoping this change will re-invigorate a program that has hasn’t had a winning season in almost 10 years and has is 6-32 under current coach Paul Wulff.
