Chick-fil-A: A Good Sandwich and a Better Message
Chick-fil-A: A Good Sandwich and a Better Message
-Chuck D. Finley
This week, Liberal leftist homogays are once again up in arms crying about the chicken restruant chain Chick-fil-A. The chain which was started in Georgia is under attack from these anal bandits. They like to have their opinions and ram it down peoples throats just like they do foot long plastic phalluses behind closed doors. But they aren’t willing to let this corporation founded by conservative chrsitian Truett Cathy, have it’s opinion. And that opinion is that homogayness is wrong and a sin.
Over the past few weeks, the restaurant chain’s deep ties to the anti-gay movement have been exposed and uncovered by a number of activists, most notably Jeremy Hooper at Good As You. Whether it’s Focus on the Family, the National Organization for Marriage, the Pennsylvania Family Institute, or Exodus International, Chick-fil-A ties run deep.
Chick-fil-A’s charitable arm, the WinShape Foundation, has been particularly active in the fight against marriage equality. They’ve hosted conferences with some of the leading opponents of gay marriage in this country. A higher up at WinShape has even praised the efforts of anti-gay activist David Blankenhorn for working against marriage equality, and for articulating a solid reason why American culture should reject same-sex couples.
In an email this WinShape’s Foundation’s Retreat Center, a center run by the charitable arm of Chick-fil-A — admits that they follow a strict interpretation of the bible. That homosexuality is a sin and an abomination unto god, just as the bible says.
“WinShape Retreat defines marriage from the Biblical standard as being between one man and one woman. Groups/Individuals are welcome who offer wholesome, educational conferences and programs that are compatible with Biblical values and WinShape’s purpose,”
“We do not accept homosexual couples because of the statement in our contract.”
So what is the big problem? All of this news just makes me want a chicken sandwich…or as we say here in the south, sammich.
Some people might like to know that the chain is closed on Sundays so that families can go to church as they should instead of cooking chicken for us, their customers. It is great idea, but unfortunate when I have a hankering for some breast meat after church.
To show that the chain sticks to it’s guns it has donated over $1.1 million to anti-gay groups around the country, and prefers not to hire what it thinks are “sinful” people. According to a group known as Equality Matters, Chick-fil-A has given sizable amounts of money to the following groups, all of which oppose civil rights for same-sex couples:
National Christian Foundation: $631,600
Fellowship Of Christian Athletes:$480,000
Serving Marriages, Inc.: $15,000
Alliance Defense Fund: $5,000
Christian Camp And Conference Association: $5,000
Campus Crusade for Christ: $2,850
Georgia Family Council: $2,000
Family Research Council: $1,000
But of course the gays would rather us forget the good and worry about them and their sinful relationships. You gays can cry all you want about not being able to legally marry your sodomy partner but for me I will be eating at Chick fil A.

Hmm.. Well, with the new login system (which is gay as hell, by the way, you servers can handle the traffic you get and you know it), I guess I have to post as the Fail Lord. Captain Obvious here. Chick-fil-a isn’t even that good. Much too greasy. I like Chicken Now infinitely better.
