Brazil – For years the Yanomami tribe,which was only discovered by Christian whites in the last century would go hunt in the forest and would be hit with arrows. The foolish pagan believed this was caused by aggressive spirits of the forest. But due to scientific research from the Survival International group has proven that there are unknown primitive groups living out in the rain forest.
One such group was found from flying over in airplanes and helicopters. The researchers say that a handful of huts lining a tiny clearing in the rainforest was inhabited by primitive pagan souls yearning for the spiritual nourishment of the Christian lord.
Many of the researchers fear that the primitives are in danger from encroachment from Gold miners. In the 1980′s miners came into the known areas and brought disease with them. it is said that 20% of the population died in 7 years.
Sadly those that died and had not accepted Jesus Christ as their lord and savior are doomed to an eternity in hell. Jesus tells us to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” in Matthew 28:19. He wants us to go into the deserted rain forest and find these souls and convert them.
“Based on the size of the ‘malocas’ (collective huts) in the pictures, the group appears to comprise 38 people. The elders say they are ‘Waripe’ Indians (a sub-group of the Yanomami) who took refuge deep in the forest when the Trans-Amazonian road opened in the 1970s,” said Hutukura coordinator Ailton da Silva.
That means that there could be souls as old as 40 years of age that have not heard of the Love of Jesus! It is estimated that there are as man as 30 more villages out there just waiting to be brought to Christ! AMEN!
