NASA Discovers God: Declares Atheists Idiots
(chrisTwire)— NASA has discovered something at the edge of space. So far away that it took nearly 6000 years for its image to reach the earth. Something that predates our universe. The eye of GOD.
The image comes from the VISTA telescope, the world’s largest survey telescope, at the Paranal Observatory in the Mexican state of Chile. Using infrared light filters, scientists have colored the image to reflect the spectrum of radiation from the nebula. It’s the best image yet of the Helix nebula, said Jeremy Walsh, a scientist at the European Southern Observatory in Germany.
Since this observation, atheists worldwide have been flocking to Churches, mosques and synagogues worldwide. Fellowship reports indicate that this could be a banner year for tithing.

That is the Helix Nebula. It is about 700 light-years away. Light from that nebula therefore actually takes 700 years to get from there to here. It has however been given the nickname the “Eye of God” so I’ll let that slide.
Now on to the discovery. NASA has no claim to its discovery. A German astronomer named Karl Ludwig Harding was the person that first observed and recorded the existence of the Helix Nebula. He did so in 1842. NASA was founded in 1958. So NASA has no claim.
No atheist has flocked to churches since its discovery. It is not proof of a god it is just a nebula given the NICKNAME “The Eye of God” because, I assume, it looks a little bit like a giant eye in space.
One final thing. Links to searches do not count as sources. You would have to go further than typing a few words into bing to be able to call it a source.
