Lets see I served in the 82nd airborne and dropped on panama in 1989 and Iraq in 1991. Currently my oldest son is in the 2nd marines as a force recon Special forces marine with 2 Afghanistan tours, another followed my footsteps into the 82nd airborne and has 1 Iraq tour and 1 Afghanistan tour.
I never new any of my fellow airborne rangers in my platoon to be gay. If they were It would have made no difference most of the time and I probably would have adjusted to the few times that it would have been bother some..
