Codgy and outdated, Ron Paul backers staged a sit-in at Mizzou's campus in Columbia. They were eventually arrested for disorderly conduct and declaring the integrated campus 'unconstitutional'.

Columbia, Missouri – Ron Paul Backers were arrested today as they awaited the return of the Mizzou Tigers, the backwater college that was heartily defeated in the NCAA tournament by the Melo-less Syracuse Orange.

With his campaign numbers waning and struggling, it’s said the the Ron Paul backers planned to use the return of the Tigers mixed with Saint Patty’s day hangovers to stage a ‘big event’ for themselves and bring some attention to the Ron Paul campaign.

Trouble broke out when the essential libertarian supporters of Ron Paul got into a feud with actual GOP leaders from the local community.  “It’s like the Hatfields and McCoys around here,” said one local, speaking ill of how Paul’s supporters stripped down to their jockstraps because ‘being nude’ does not violate the Constitution.

17 backers were said to be arrested at time of report.

Full details of this story can be found here.  Over 68 Ron Paul backers have now been arrested and the campus is still aflame from the riots.
