Should The CIA Stop Patriarch Kirill, The Murderous Billionaire Cult Leader Leading the Soviets to Satanism?
The escalating crisis of disorder in Russia is showing no signs of slowing down. As corruption and mafia gangs spill across the country’s borders, the Eastern hemisphere is increasingly at risk of a total moral collapse. It is only a matter of time before American interests become a target for the criminal underworld spreading its tentacles across the globe. In point of fact, the rise of Russia as a rogue state has been a topic from America’s churches to the Halls of Congress for many years now. Of recent interest is the oligarch who runs the state-sponsored “Russian Orthodox Church,” a cult-like group that subverts the true meaning of Christianity to suppress religious freedom and cement the power of Kremlin insiders.
The man in question is named Patriarch Kirill, a genuinely ruthless figure in the harsh world of Soviet politics. A former KGB agent and now a close associate of Vladimir Putin, he has called his leader “a god.” He has been widely condemned for spreading Stalinism and atheism to the Ukraine in a cruel bid to expand his empire. Evidence unearthed in Soviet archives has revealed that the Russian Orthodox Church has long been infiltrated and managed by the KGB as a tool of population control. This is one of the many reasons that the CIA has kept a very close watch on the secretive kingpin Kirill for decades.
One unfortunate aspect of Kirill’s power base is that he has embraced issues that America’s Christians believe in. He is ardently anti-homosexual and is leading the fight to have the reckless lifestyle made illegal in the Soviet Union. So far, he has been successful in stopping gay propaganda in St. Petersburg and getting homosexual groups banned from the Olympics. Furthermore, the Orthodoxs speak out against the sin of abortion which is a noteworthy change from the reign of Stalin where such an act was openly celebrated. But this is little more than a cunning diversion straight out of the old playbook of Marxism.
Russian Orthodoxy has far too many liturgical differences with American evangelicalism to be spiritually defensible. It is a heinous aberration of true faith that could be interpreted as a false religion lead by a false prophet. Indeed, some would even describe Kirill as the AntiChrist. Taking a closer look at his personal life, it becomes evident that his evil is so great that the moniker is justly deserved.
Patriarch Kirill has styled himself an emperor by accumulating a disgusting amount of personal wealth estimated in the $4 billion range through intimidation, corruption, theft and even murder. He uses his “church” as his private fiefdom and isn’t afraid to dip into government coffers for his elite military guard and his greedy land schemes.
In the 1990s, Kirill profited handsomely from exclusive oil deals with Iraq and thus helped Saddam Hussein retain power after America’s first Gulf War. Later, he became the chief importer of cigarettes to Russia using the church’s tax-exempt status to avoid paying duty and thus undercutting the competition. In all, it is estimated that Kirill is responsible for the sale of over 8 billion cigarettes imported from Switzerland during that period. The number of deaths that resulted due to lung cancer and other diseases is incalculable. The man is truly a murderer, yet when he was called out for it by investigative journalist Sergei Bychkov he claimed the cigarette imports could legally be defined as “humanitarian aid”. (The journalist was viciously attacked in the press and sued by the church). The man has run the same scam with wine and other liquors, using church sanctioned distilleries to produce alcohol that is free of state taxation. And then he did the same thing with the seafood industry, creating a business that over fished the king crab population to the edge of extinction. Are these the Christ-like pursuits of a true man of God whose calling should be to lead a church of men towards Grace?
In his personal life, Kirill gallivants about town in a fleet of sleek Mercedes limousines with government police protection. He flies around the globe on an enormous private jet that he personally owns, accompanied by a bevy of bodacious bodyguards from the Soviet military. He also owns an outrageously lavish $15 million yacht and is well known as a playboy for his skiing jaunts in the Swiss Alps (where he owns a luxurious villa).
Recently, Kirill has used some of his billions to build at least two lavish palaces, close to his crony Vladimir Putin. One was illegally constructed on national park land while the other caused outrage for its gaudy size in a quaint historic village. Kirill even seized the apartment of a neighbor in a Moscow complex where the Soviet Union’s most powerful nouveau riche mafiaso live. The man was forced to sign over his home to the Patriarch with absolutely no compensation because Kirill claimed the neighbor was making his own home next door “too dusty.”
During the court case that ensued from the strange apartment incident, it was revealed that Kirill is living with a woman to whom he is not married. They have had a long term, out of wedlock relationship that some have described as hedonistic, raunchy and abominable. This flagrant dismissal of Christian teaching further underscores the fraudulence of Kirill. He is no man of God in any sense whatsoever.
The Russians have always been a zealous, primitive people. They are prone to incredible bouts of fervor and violence. Controversial Patriarch Kirill and his cult of Soviet Orthodoxy is taking advantage of that ethnic psychological weakness to bring back the totalitarianism of Stalin. He will stop at nothing to spread the vile disease of his sacrilege. He is little more than a hater of Christ and an enemy of America interests. As a KGB agent and a leader of a KGB organization, Kirill is a big figure in the world of espionage. He cannot claim a religious exemption to the authority of the CIA. The man has clearly shown an interest in expanding his power base far beyond the borders of Russia.
Is Patriarch Kirill a threat to our national interests here at home? The very same question was asked about Osama Bin Laden in the beginning. The tragic consequence of Bill Clinton’s inaction was over 3,000 dead on our homeland soil. This Soviet oligarch is many times richer and has many times more followers than Bin Laden. Our government and intelligence agencies have Kirill on their radar already. Now is the time to act. America has a vital interest in bringing true Christianity back to Russia. Hopefully a cell on Guantanamo will give the “patriarch” some time to pray for realredemption.
In the aftermath, it is hoped that with boots on the ground the hard work of spreading the good news about Jesus Christ can begin in the Soviet Union. It will be a great investment of men and equipment, but the forces of Russia are either decrepit or defunct. Their weapons systems are twenty years out of date, their tanks are rusty and their planes simply don’t fly. Yet we also need a humanitarian campaign of education. Once the confused and ignorant people of Russia learn to abandon their wanton, alcoholic ways, they can begin to heal. They will look to the United States as their savior and in time, they will be part of our global fight to bring justice to all peoples who are starved of God’s teaching.

But how do we see things, who live in the very heart of Holy Russia – in the ancient center of Russian spirituality, Suzdal? The present government’s law enforcement agencies are turning out, throwing out into the street, people who are Russians, and Orthodox, natives of Suzdal, citizens of Russia, from ancient Orthodox churches, which these people rebuilt from complete ruins with faith and with love, paying for the repairs with their own measly pensions and meager salaries, and in which, with the government’s permission, and in accordance with the law, they poured out their prayers to God.

In a democracy, the many often suffer because of the few and more often even, the reverse happens.Some call it the tyranny of the majority over the few, and this is not always wrong. Even for a democrat, who obviously has no say where it counts.

I am not even against capitalism in itself.But the change of the people, the resulting egocentrism and the refusal to give back(tax-evasion…?) just is so way beyond me. People see the misery and say: “Oh well, thats life…”

Capitalism is the only system that can sustain FREEDOM apart from Christianity, freedom is the mos important thing for humanity.

I find several elements and results of this article shocking. The renewed interest in Christianity within Russia is one. Like many Americans, I have Russian ancestry that fled the bitter tundra of Mother Russia due to religious persecution and a deep love for America. For Church leaders to be involved so directly in policy and politics, specifically in a socialist state, is an abomination. We would never see that in the US. Unlike Evangelical Christian involvement in US politics, which is held in check by our capitalist system purity, nothing will keep the Orthodox church from hoarding riches like wristwatches or other luxury items.
I am dismayed and flustered that the Christian faith is being used like a ski mask by these Communists to sneak up on the faithful and shepherd their docile acceptance. Without the prideful ‘can do’ attitude we have here in the US, we truly would be lost souls.
