Man first domesticated the cat as a “mouser” whose job was to keep mice out of food stores. In the same way Eve failed mankind in the Garden of Eden, it no doubt had to be a woman who failed man by bringing a cat into the home.
Women are the weaker sex and it’s their natural insecurity, thanks to Eve’s original sin, that makes them vulnerable to suggestion, that gives them low self-esteem and drives them to gain the acceptance of others. So strong is this insatiable hunger for approval that women started feeding cats to lure them closer to the house. Then they let them into the house.
Women imagined befriending one of these disease ridden, filthy rodents selfishly hoping to fulfill their wanton desires to be liked. Secretly deep down in the persona of all women is what psychologist and scientist refer to as “Eve’s Flaw.” Eve’s Flaw is a catch-all term professionals use to describe a woman’s vulnerabilities, their obsession for approval, their desperate need for affirmation and issues of low self-esteem. Many times Eve’s Flaw is credited in cases of depression, hypertension, and Munchausen’s Syndrome.
