Why Sean Hannity was smiling in an interview with a man convicted of shooting an unarmed teenage boy is beyond me, but in this world nothing really surprises me anymore. But there is one quote that really stands out to me from the Sean Hannity interview:
When Zimmerman was asked at first about any feelings of regret for shooting Trayvon Martin: “‘I feel like it was all God’s plan, and for me to second-guess it or to judge it.’”
Even worse, there is now discepancy as to George Zimmerman actually chasing down Trayvon, who Zimmerman has now flip-flopped on reporting if he was running away, walking, approaching or what. It’s all a mess. The smug, half-grin of Hannity through the soft-ball interview is also disgusting. If this had been a black man who shot a white teen, it’d be totally different and somehow being blamed on Obama.
