Amanda Todd Suicide Shows Morally Bereft Side of Internet
Several days ago, a new meme appeared on Facebook and it involved a young woman named Amanda Todd. If you do not know about Amanda Todd, you can read about the backstory here, but I just want to say I am so shocked and appalled by how some people are acting, with all the heartless, cold comments surrounding the death of a young woman they do not know. It really hurts to see that though we have to ability to instantly communicate and put a rover on Mars, there are those who still get happy by not letting this young woman rest in peace. That’s all I have to really say on the subject.
