Florida father beats man for peeping his fifteen-year-old daughter.
Jacksonville, Florida – A Jacksonville father finally caught a peeping tom who had been getting eye-jollies off his fifteen-year-old daughter.
The backstory here started when the Jacksonville family spotted someone peaking through their home window on several occasions. One of the times, they found damage to their screen windows and were on guarded alert.
Then on Sunday, the silhouetted figure got an identity: James Lowery.
According to police reports, Lowery allegedly peeped through the back window of the family’s living room, when suddenly the family’s 15-year-old daughter got a creepy feeling and noticed a silhouette perched outside. The girl immediately told her father without drawing suspicion that she noticed.
Alerted, the girl’s father ran outside to confront the peeping tom and then introduced his fists to the tom’s face. The girl called the police to let them know what was going on, the police then arrived to find the culprit pictured above receiving a strong, sturdy beating from the father.
According to sources, Lowery is chief engineer at WJXT TV and did not provide a clear explanation for his actions. The man purported drank an entire bottle of wine and was able to get into the yard in his inebriated state. Police charged the man with trespassing with intent to commit an offense, resisting an officer without violence and public intoxication. There is no word on if the man was trying to jolly himself as he watched the family.
