The Legend of Zelda Reveals Teaser Trailer For New Animated Series On YouTube

Spread the Holy Word

The Legend of Zelda has finally accepted cinematic aid from an extravagant YouTuber. This YouTuber has been in the works to partner with the parent company and video game giant, Nintendo as far as getting the ball rolling on an animated The Legend of Zelda series. It’s been a long time coming and I truly hope that Nintendo hasn’t made a mistake in choosing the media platform, YouTube.

Now, this YouTuber (MajorLink) has created several test videos for Nintendo. The video game giant seems very pleased with his work and thus has commissioned him to proceed in making and animating the series.

The animated series will be titled, “The Legend of Zelda: A Hero’s Purpose”. The series would seem to follow the daring adventures of our young hero, Zelda, and his nefarious and evil villain, Ganondorf/Ganon. The series supposedly waivers between the two men and covers various pieces of their life stories. However, there doesn’t seem to be a mention of the Princess.

The series also features the The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time version of Zelda. (And we all know that he’s the most handsome of the Zeldas).

There is another bit of information I didn’t mention. There are no plans (or at least current plans) to include companions such as Midna the Fairy, Navi the Bird Hat, or Marina the Princess of Twilight. Which, honestly, kind of takes away from the whole adventurer vibe of our hero.

So without further adieu, I give you The Legend of Zelda: A Hero’s Purpose Teaser Trailer:
